Warning: Please read this instruction manual carefully before using the instrument and keep it for future use.

HOW TO USE IT

Avoid locating Transmitter/Receiver on or directly near metallic surface as this may reduce the operation range. When locating Transmitter onto a UPVC door frame, always check the operating performance before final installation.

  • Receiver
    Plug the receiver into the outlet. The receiver will perform better if keeping it away from electric equipment.

  • Try adjusting the location of the receiver according to the “Range Guide”.

    1. Transmitter
      Clean the surface where you intend to mount the transmitter and the back of the transmitter.
      Before mounting the transmitter, please run a test. Put receiver and transmitter where you want to mount.
      Close all doors when you test. If the receiver does not sound, please see- Trouble Shooting.
      DO NOT install transmitter on UPVC door frames.
      DO NOT install transmitter on Metal surface
      Stick the transmitter to the wall by adhesive pad.
      Press the transmitter for 30 seconds.

    3. Sound Adjustment : Use the volume control knob ❺ to adjust the volume to your liking (100% – 75% – 50% – 25% ).

    4. Selecting the melody: Press the ring tone button ❻ to select one of the 36 available melodies.
      Each time you unplug and then plug the receiver back in, the “ding-dong ding- dong” ringtone will automatically default back to the default.

To synchronize the transmitter and receiver, hold down the volume button ❺ for 5 seconds unl the indicator light flashes then release the button ❺ and press the transmier ❶. The receiver will beep once and flash to confirm that the pairing has been completed. It will automatically return to normal mode after a few seconds. To pair multiple buttons, repeat the process for each button.

Note: The chime has an internal memory where it stores the codes of the currently paired buttons in case of power failure. Therefore, it is not necessary to re-pair the buttons after a power failure or blackout.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

  • Before to use, make sure that the supply voltage corresponds with the voltage marked on the rating label.
  • Do not place any part of this appliance in water or any other liquid.
  • Do not handle the unit or plug with wet hands.
  • If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid an electric shock.

  • Do not use outdoors.

Trouble Shooting

Receiver does not sound.

Reduced range

| Metal structures, including door frames, can result in reduced transmission range. Avoid mounting transmitter or receiver on or near metal structures.

Other electric equipment can cause radio interference that affects your receiver.

Walls, doors and ceilings will reduce the range.

The European directive 2012/19/EC about electronic and electric waste, requires that you can’t throw away defective domestic appliance with common waste. Used device has to be collect separately to optimize the recuperation rate and the recycling of the materials to reduce the impact on the health and the environment.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities, or by persons lacking in experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed on the use of this apparatus by a person responsible for their safety.Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with this appliance.
