LED Status Description
Solid green Start-up Process: After booting the route for about 40 seconds,

the status LED. on_the Satellite  will-be blinking green
Synchronization Process: The satellite router is syn4ed with the Master router successfully. And the signal is good.
Blinking Green| The master router finishes the process of sync and is working normally. 1
Blinking between Red and Orange| The sync is being propelled used between the Master router and Satellite router.
Solid Orange(Satellite Router)| The satellite router is synced with the Master router successfully, but the signal is not very good.
Solid Red(Satellite Router)| The satellite router is experiencing poor signal strength. Or please check whether the Master router is powered on.
Blinking Red| The reset process is being proceeded.
Button/Ports| Description
---|---
T Button| Reset the router to factory settings. Press and hold the “T” button for 8-10 seconds(LED will blink Red) to reset the router.
Confirm the Master router and activate the  “Mesh”. Press and hold the “T” button until the LED blinks between  Orange and Red(about 1-2 seconds) to activate the “Mesh” function on the Master router.
LAN Ports| Connect to PCs or Switches with RJ45 cable.
WAN Port| Connect to the Modem or connect the Ethernet cable from ISP.
DC Power Port| Connect to the power source.

Set up T6 to work as a router

If you only bought one new T6, T6 could work as a router to offer you wired and wireless connections. Please follow the steps to connect T6 to the internet.

Configure the router by phone

Connect the Wi-Fi of the router with your Phone, then run any Web browser and enter http://itotolink.net (P1)
(Tips: the SSID is in the sticker on the bottom of the router. SSID varies from router to router.)

4. Time Zone Setting. According to your location, please click the Time Zone to choose a correct one from the list, then click Next.(P4)| 5. Internet Setting. Choose a suitable WAN Connection type from the list, and fill in the information required.(P5/P10)| 6. Wireless Settings. Create passwords for 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi (Here users could also revise the default  Wi-Fi name) and then click Next. (P6)

7. For security, please create a new Login Password for your router, then click Next.(P7)| 8. The coming page is the Summary information for your setting. Please remember your
Wi-Fi Name and Password, then click Done.(P8)| 9. It takes several seconds to save the settings and then your router will restart automatically. This time your Phone will be disconnected from the router.  Please black to the WLAN list of your phone to choose the new Wi-Fi name and input the correct password. Now, you could enjoy the Wi-Fi.(P9)

Connection Type| Description
---|---
Static IP| Input the IP address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, DNS from your ISP.
Dynamic IP| No information is required. Please confirm with your ISP if Dynamic IP is supported.
PPPoE| Input User Name and Password from your ISP.
PPTP| Input  Server Address, User Name, and Password from your ISP.
L2TP| Input  Server Address, User Name, and Password from your ISP.

Set up T6 to work as a satellite router

If you had already set up a seamless mesh Wi-Fi system by using one master router and one satellite router, but you still want to add a new T6 to extend the wireless network. There are two methods of sync between one Master and two Satellite. One is achieved using the panel T button, the other via the Master’s Web interface. Please follow one of the two methods to add a new Satellite router.

Method 1: Using the router’s web interface

  1. Please follow the previous steps to log in to the Master router’s Web page on your Phone.

  2. On the coming page Please click Mesh Networking at the bottom of the page.(P3)

  3. Then please click Adding equipment button. (P4)

  4. Wait about 2 minutes for the sync to finish. The status LED runs in the same process as mentioned when using the panel T button.
    During this process, the Master will reboot automatically. Therefore, your Phone may be disconnected from the Master and log out of the Master’s web page. You could login again if you want to  see the sync status.(P5)

  5. Adjust the position of the three routers. As you move them, check that the Status LED on the Satellites light solid green or orange until you find a good location.

  6. Use your device to find and connect to any wireless network with the same Wi-Fi SSID and password that you use for the Master.

Method 2: Using the panel T button

  1. Before adding a new Satellite router to the existing Mesh Wi-Fi System, please make sure the existing Mesh WiFi System is working normally.
  2. Please place the new Satellite router near to the Master and power on.
  3. Press and hold the panel T button on the Master for about 3 seconds until its status LED blinks between red and orange, which means the Master begins to sync to the Satellite router.(P2)
  4. Wait about 30 seconds, the status LED on the Satellite router also blinks between red and orange.
  5. Wait about 1 minute, the status LED on the Master will be green and blinking slowly, the Satellite will be solid green. In this case, it means the Master is synced to the Satellites successfully.
  6. Relocate the new satellite router. If the status LED on the new Satellite is orange or red, please close it to your existing Mesh Wi-Fi system until the color turns Green. Then you could enjoy your internet.

FAQs

  1. Unable to log in to the router’s web page on the Phone?
    Please check if your phone has connected to the Wi-Fi of the router and make sure you have entered the correct default gateway http://itotolink.net

  2. How to reset the router to factory default settings?
    Keep the router powered on, then press and hold the panel T button for about 8-10 seconds until the state LED becomes blinking red.

  3. Whether the previous settings on the Satellites such as SSID and wireless password will change when they are synced to the Master?
    Multiple settings like SSID and password configured on the Satellites will be changed to configuration parameters on the Master after syncing. Therefore, please use the Master’s wireless network name and password for internet access.
