System Requirements

  • Network access for software downloads, or access t0 a CD-ROM Drive
  • At least one Display (CRT/PLASMA/LCD/HDTV) screen for use with the device
  • At least one available 0SB 3.0/2.0 Port
  • Compatible operating system

Note: Software installation is required prior to connecting the graphic adapter

Installation Guide

  • Insert the disc into CD-ROM
  • Agree to the terms
  • Select Language
  • After installation is complete, restart your computer
  • Install the device as shown in the following diagram Insert one end of the HDM cable to HDMI INPUT on the TV/Display
  • Insert the other end of the HDM cable to the US8 Adapter’s HDMI output Connect the US8 cable to an available US8 port
  • Connect the Audio cable to the computer’s Audio Jack

Operation Instructions

Windows 7 or Windows Vista
Click the software icon on the lower night corner of the desktop

Note: Windows 7 has a projection menu feature that enables you to quickly connect your laptop to a projector or an extended monitor
Win4Pis the keyboard shortcut for that purpose.
Windows XP
Click the software icon on the lower right corner of the desktop

Extend to- > Set as Extended

FAQS

No image output or abnormal display

  • Re-plug US8 or change to another USB port
  • Unplug US8 and restart the computer
  • Adjust converter output resolution ti it is compatible with TV/Display
  • You may need to reinstall the Software Driver

The device works properly but refuses to work after the PMI cable is connected

  • Do not remove the HDMI cable when the device is active. You may need to remove the US8 cable and plug it in a second time to the US8 port Some videos cannot play properly on my media player software

Some media players may not compatible with drivers.
Try using different media player software, or update the media player and the driver
Abnormal display effects after adjusting the resolution of the device
Close down all programs while you adjust the resolution
