SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Read these instructions carefully before use. Failure to follow all the instructions and safety instructions can result in fire, electric shock, death, personal injury and/ or material damage. Only use parts and accessories recommended by the manufacturer. Always check before use that no parts are damaged, missing or worn, and that all the safety devices are working properly.
  • Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the rated voltage on the type plate.
  • Do not allow children to play with the product.
  • Pull out the plug before cleaning.
  • The product is only intended for household use.
  • Do not pull the power cord to pull out the plug. After unplugging the plug, press the rewind button to wind in the cord.
  • Do not put the product on or near a hot stove or in a hot oven.
  • Do not vacuum large or sharp objects.
  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner to clean up hard or sharp objects such as glass, nails, coins and the like.
  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner to clean up flammable liquids or use it in the vicinity of such liquids.
  • Avoid twisting or stepping on the hose. Do not pull the product with the hose.
  • Switch off the product immediately if the suction power is reduced. Check if the HEPA filter is clogged (see section on maintenance). Check if the nozzle, tube or hose are blocked.
  • Do not use the product until the problem has been remedied. Contact the retailer if the problem persists.
  • If the power cord or plug are damaged they must be replaced by an authorised service centre to ensure safe use.
  • Do not block the air inlet —risk of overheating and material damage.
  • Do not vacuum objects or substances that can block the filter, such as toner powder, plaster dust or graphite, it reduces the ventilation and can result in overheating and material damage.
  • Do not use the product without the dust container and filter.
  • Never poke any objects or parts of your body in the openings on the product. Keep the ventilation openings clean.
  • Turn all controls to the off position before unplugging.
  • Be careful when vacuum cleaning stairs.
  • Keep the product and its power cord out of the reach of children under eight years of age.
  • Never leave the vacuum cleaner unattended when plugged in. Unplug before removing the filter and when the vacuum cleaner is not in use.
  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner outdoors or on wet surfaces — risk of electric shock.
  • This product can be used by children from eight years and upwards and by persons with physical, sensorial or mental disabilities, or persons who lack experience or knowledge, if they are supervised or receive instructions concerning the safe use of the product and understand the risks involved with its use. Do not allow children to play with the product. Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children unless they are more than eight years old, and are kept under supervision.
  • Do not handle the vacuum cleaner, power cord or the plug with wet hands. Do not use the vacuum cleaner outdoors or on wet surfaces.
  • Keep your hair, clothes, hands and other parts of your body away from the moving parts.
  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner in explosive environments, such as in the vicinity of flammable liquids, gases or dust.
  • Store the vacuum cleaner in a cool and dry place indoors when not in use.
  • Do not immerse the vacuum cleaner in water or any other liquid.
  • Never use the vacuum cleaner on animals.

WARNING!

  • If the suction hose gets blocked while vacuuming, switch off the vacuum cleaner and remove the blockage before using the vacuum cleaner again.

  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner near sources of heat, such as radiators.

  • Do not touch the plug with wet hands.

  • Before vacuuming, remove large and/or sharp objects
    that can damage the dust container or hose.

  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner unless all the filters are in place.

  • If the sound of the vacuum cleaner becomes high-pitched when in use this means the air flow is blocked. Switch off the vacuum cleaner immediately, pull out the plug and clear the suction hose and/or clean the air filter.

  • Always hold on to the plug when winding in the power cord.

DESCRIPTION

NOZZLE

Use suitable accessories for the work to be done.

Floor nozzle

Use the floor nozzle for floors, carpets and tables etc.

Radiator nozzle

Use the radiator nozzle for slots and other narrow spaces.

Brush nozzle

Use the brush nozzle for shelves and windows, curtains and furniture.

USE

BEFORE USE

  1. Press the hose into the hose connector until it clicks in place. Connect the tube to the handle on the hose.
  2. Fit one of the nozzles on the tube. Press the tube on the nozzle.
  3. Adjust the tube to the required length.

HOW TO USE

  1. Pull out We power cc:c lc the :equ.:eti length and then plug in the plug.
  2. Start the vacuum cleaner by pressing the power switch.
  3. Use the power control to variably adjust the power.
  4. Adjust the suction power with the slide control on the handle.
  5. Wind in the power cord by pressing the rewind button. Always hold on to the plug when winding in the power cord.

NOTE:

  • A yellow mark on the power cord shows a suitable extension length.
  • Do not pull out the power cord past the red mark.

Cord rewind/roll out

  1. Unplug the power cord. A yellow mark on the power cord shows a suitable extension  length. Do not pull out the power cord past the red mark.
  2. You can press the cord rewind button with your foot. Always hold on to the plug when winding in the power cord.

Power switch

Press the power switch to start/stop the vacuum cleaner.

Slide control

Adjust the air flow with the slider or Iho handle.

MAINTENANCE

CLEANING

Dust container

  • Empty the dust container before use.
  • The dust container can be washed with water if necessary.

Empty the dust container

  1. Switch off the vacuum cleaner.
  2. Disconnect the hose from the hose connector.
  3. Press the lock button and press the front to open the dust container/bin.
  4. Remove the dustbin.
  5. Press the catch to empty the dust container.
  6. Press down the dust container to refit.

Empty the dust container

Filter
HEPA filter

  • Remove the HEPA filter.
  • Wash under running water.
  • Allow to dry and replace.

Outlet fitter

  • Remove the outlet filter.
  • Tap to clean, or wash under running water.
  • Allow to dry and replace.

WARNING
The vacuum cleaner is a bagless cyclone vacuum cleaner. The dust status light goes on when the dust container is full or the filter is clogged.
