SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Check that the main power supply corresponds to the rated voltage on the rating plate.
- Keep the product under careful supervision when it is used by, or near children or persons with functional disorders. Keep small children under supervision to make sure they do not play with the product.
- Never immerse the product, the power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
- Place the product on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface near a suitable power outlet.
- Do not use the product if it is damaged or not working properly, or if the power cord or plug is damaged. Return the product to an authorized service center to be checked repaired or adjusted it.
- Do not use the product if the hotplate is not properly fitted.
- The hotplate gets hot when in use -the risk of burn injuries. Use pot-holders or oven gloves to handle the product.
- Do not use accessories other than those recommended or sold by the manufacturer. The use of other accessories can result in fire, electric shock and/or personal injury.
- Place the power cord so that there is no risk of treading on it, or tripping over it.
- Do not allow the power cord to hang over the edge of a table or worktop, or to come into contact with hot surfaces.
- Handle the product carefully when there is hot oil or liquid in it – the risk of burn injuries and/or scalding injuries. Use pot-holders or the oven gloves.
- Do not cover the product or place it near curtains or other flammable materials -fire risk. Do not put the product on or near a hot stove or in a hot oven.
- Remove plastic film, plastic bags, aluminum foil and other packaging materials from the food before cooking, otherwise there is a risk of the tire and/or material damage. Do not let the cooked food cool on the hotplate, but remove it from the product as soon as possible.
- Pull out the plug before cleaning and when the product is not in use.
- Do not use sharp utensils that can damage the nonstick coating. Only use heat-resistant utensils made of wood or plastic.
- Never use the product for anything other than the purpose it was designed for.
- The product is not intended to be used by persons (children or adults) with any form of functional I disorders, or by persons who do not have sufficient experience or knowledge on how to use it, unless they have received instructions concerning the use of the product from someone who is responsible for their safety. Keep children under supervision to make sure they do not play with the product. Do not allow children under 8 to use, clean or maintain the product without supervision.
- Avoid moving the product when in use – risk of burn injuries and or scalding Injuries.
- The product is intended for household use, or for use in staff rooms, hotel rooms or other similar places.
- Do not use the product outdoors.

USE
BEFORE USING IT FOR THE FIRST TIME
- Unpack the table grill and place it on a flat, stable surface.
- Wipe the casing and nonstick plate with a damp cloth.
- Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the rated voltage on the type plate.
- Spread some vegetable oil over the hotplate and preheat to protect the nonstick coating.
- The first time the table grill is used it may emit some fumes. This is completely normal and soon stops.
- Always check before using the hotplate that it is free from dust and food residue. Wipe it with a damp cloth, if necessary.
USE
- Insert the plug and set the required temperature. The status lamp is lit red and the table grill heats up. The red status lamp goes out when the set temperature is reached.
- It usually takes about 10 minutes to reach the set temperature.
- Check that the drip tray is in position and put the food on the hotplate.
- The cooking time is usually about 20 minutes. The actual cooking time depends on the type of food and personal taste.
- When the food is cooked remove it from the hotplate with a wooden or heat-resistant plastic utensil.
- Pull out the plug when you have finished cooking.
NOTE:
- Do not use sharp or metal utensils that can damage the nonstick coating.
- Allow the table grill to cool before touching it. WARNING!
- Use pot-holders or oven gloves to avoid burn injuries and/or scalding.
MAINTENANCE
Remove the plug and allow the table gill to cool completely before cleaning or storage.
CLEANING
- Wash the bp tray in hot water and washing-up liquid, rinse and then wipe dry.
- Wipe the lid, hotplate, and casing with paper or a soft cloth.
- No parts of the table grill can be washed in a dishwasher.
- Do not use abrasive detergents or utensils, this will damage the nonstick coating. WARNING!
- Never immerse the table grill, the power cord, or the plug in water or any other liquid — risk of electric shock.
STORAGE
Store the table grill in a dry and cool place.
