SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Keep children under supervision to make sure they do not play with the car heater.
  • The heater has a tilt switch and overheating protection.
  • Do not cover the car heater- risk of overheating.
  • Do not place the car heater under a power outlet.
  • Check that the rated voltage for the car heater matches the voltage on the power outlet.
  • Do not pull the cable to disconnect the car heater from the power outlet. Always pull the plug.
  • There must be a free space of a least 33 cm in front of and behind the car heater.
  • WARNING: The car heater is not intended to be used to heat rooms. It is only intended to be used to heat vehicles.
  • This appliance is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with diminished physical, sensory or mental abilities, or who lack experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed in the use of the appliance by a person who is responsible for their safety.
  • This appliance can be used by children from 8 years and upwards and by persons with physical, sensorial or mental disabilities, or persons who lack experience or knowledge, if they are supervised or receive instructions concerning the safe use of the appliance and understand the risks involved.
  • If the cable is damaged it must be replaced by an authorised service centre.

INSTALLATION

POSITIONING

  • The car heater should be placed on the floor, centre console, under the glove compartment, or under the A-pillar.HAMRON-619604-Car-Heater-FIG-1
  • Screw the car heater in place so that there is a free space of least 33 cm in front and behind it.HAMRON-619604-Car-Heater-FIG-2
  • The car heater must only be connected to a fixed power outlet in the carHAMRON-619604-Car-Heater-FIG-3

MOUNTING BRACKET

  1.  Tightly hold two sides of the brackets. Tightly hold bracket and slide bracket edge to the groove of the bottom.
  2.  Push the bracket into the groove. Use your palm to push the brackets to the end of the groove. While the bracket not straightly sliding, pis use your fingers to adjust left and right to be sure it is straightly pushed in. Push the bracket and let it 100% into the groove.
  3.  Bracket installation finished.

USE

The car heater has two power modes and a separate fan mode to increase circulation. The heating capacity is controlled automatically in relation to the ambient temperature.

OVERHEATING PROTECTION
The car heater has overheating protection so that it switches off automatically if it gets too hot. The cable must be unplugged from the power outlet to start the heater again. Wait at least ten minutes until the heater has cooled down. The car heater can then be plugged into the power outlet and switched on again.

TIP OVER SWITCH
This car heater has a tip-over switch. if the customer have not to install wall mounted bracket, the heater will turn off the power automatically when the heater turns over. If the customer install wall mounted bracket, the tip- over switch is invalid, because the wall-mounted bracket withstood the tip- over switch.
