Warning
- Please read the instruction manual carefully before use.
- Check that the power cord cannot be pulled within the spindle’s range of motion before operation to avoid the spindle tool touching the power cord.
- The socket must be mated to the spindle plug and the plug must never be modified in any way.
- Do not expose the spindle to rain or moisture.
- When replacing the spindle, be sure to lock the spindle set screws, otherwise, damage to the spindle and personal injury may result.
- The shank of the tool to be used shall be matched to the collet.
- Allow the spindle to idle to the set speed before the tool touches the engraved material. (Note that vibration or wobbling may indicate improper tool installation in the spindle)
- Before removing the workpiece from the table, be sure to turn off the power and wait for the spindle tool to come to a complete stop.
- Do not touch the spindle immediately after the work is completed, as the high temperature of its operation may burn your skin.
Safety Guideline
- Remain alert when operating the spindle! Always pay attention to the operation being performed and remain sober. Never operate the spindle while fatigued or reacting to drugs, alcohol, or treatment.
- Always wear goggles during operation to prevent eye injury from flying debris.
- Do not wear gloves while operating the spindle to prevent them from getting caught in the cutter and injuring your hands.
- Be careful when loading and unloading the spindle’s cutters, as they are very sharp and can easily injure your hands.
- If chip conveyor or dust collector units are to be connected, make sure that they are properly connected and used.
- Wear noise protection equipment such as ear muffs when operating for long periods.
- Avoid wearing loose clothing while operating and keep your hair and clothing away from moving parts
- Keep children or others away from the spindle when it is in operation.
Working Environment
- Keep the workspace clean and bright.
- Do not operate the spindle in explosive environments such as those with flammable liquids, gasses, or dust.
- Operate the spindle after allowing children and bystanders to leave.

Collet Replacement Instruction
- Remove the collet nut.
- Press the collet in the direction of the arrow to separate it from the collet nut.
- Place the collet to be replaced in the collet nut and push the collet into the collet nut in the direction of the arrow until a click is heard, indicating that the collet is in place.
Tool Disassembly and Installation
- Use a wrench to loosen the collet nut.
- Insert the tool into the spindle chuck.
- Use a wrench to lock the collet nut tight.
Carbon Brush Replacement Instruction
When the carbon brushes are worn out and need to be replaced, the 2 carbon brushes on the left and right sides should be replaced at the same time. Replace the carbon brushes with the same specifications as the original carbon brushes.
- Use a slotted screwdriver to remove the carbon brush clip covers on the left and right sides.
- Remove the 2 worn carbon brushes, install new carbon brushes, and then install the carbon brush holder cover.
