Important: Be sure to get familiar with the Roller Shades – Skyline
Fascias installation instructions before continuing.
Make sure the mounting surface is level. Brackets must be in line and level
for shade to operate properly. Shim brackets if necessary.
- Identify the Shade and Define Shades and Bracket Positions
On Fascia 3 and 4” System, the edges brackets (A and C) are the same. On the Spring Ring and Drop in systems, the “A” bracket should be placed on the edge at the motor side. The “C” brackets should be installed at the idle edge. The Intermediate Brackets (B) should be located between shades.
Install the First Shade
Install the first shade brackets following the same steps as a regular shade
(Please refer to Roller Shades – Skyline Fascias installation instructions).
First, assemble the Intermediate Bracket Disc into the intermediate bracket
(1). Rotate the disc 1/4 turn to lock into place (2). Then, place the spring-
loaded pin end into the round hole of the intermediate bracket (3). Keeping
the pin end secure in its bracket, insert the hooks straight into the two
slots in the outer bracket (4). Once the two hooks are through the slots,
gently pull downward until the two hooks have locked securely to the bracket
(5).
2b. Install the Second Shade
Install the final regular bracket aligned and leveled with the others. Place the spring-loaded pin end into the round hole of the intermediate bracket (1). Keeping the pin end secure in its bracket, insert the hooks on the clutch straight into the two slots in the bracket (2). Once the two hooks are through the slots, gently pull down on the side with two hooks until the two hooks have locked securely to the bracket (3).

UPDATED SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTOMATED SHADES
Any accessible electrical wire must be less than 22 cm in overall length. Any
accessible wires that are a power source for automated shades MUST meet one of
the following requirements:
Option 1
The accessible electrical wire must be shrouded with a rigid cover so that the
wire is shielded in such a way that it cannot be touched when it is installed.
The shroud/rigid cover makes the electrical wire inaccessible.
Option 2
The accessible electrical wire must be installed by stapling/anchoring it at
intervals of less than 22 cm, and the staples/anchors cannot be removable with
35 Nm of force, or less. The stapling/anchoring makes the electrical wire
inaccessible.
Option 3
A combination of option 1 and option 2; the use of a shroud/rigid cover and
stapling/anchoring the electrical wires at intervals of less than 22cm make
the electrical wire unaccessible.
WARNING
STRANGULATION HAZARD –
Young children can be strangled by cords.
Immediately remove this product if a cord longer than 22 cm or a loop
