Please read the following important information about your new Flex-Able Hose.
- The Flex-Able Hose must be used with a sprayer or an on/off ball valve attached.
- The Flex-Able Hose is intended for outdoor use only; do not use the hose inside.
- Do not drink from the hose or use the hose to supply drinking water for humans or animals. An outdoor hose may be exposed to conditions that can be hazardous to human and animal health.
- Do not run hot water through the Flex-Able Hose.
- The Flex-Able Hose is a general outdoor water hose. Do not stretch the hose or use the hose for any purpose other than standard outdoor watering tasks.
- The Flex-Able Hose is intended to expand only with the use of water. If stretched while drained, the hose can quickly retract and cause bodily harm. Do not stretch the hose.
- The Flex-Able Hose is intended to be drained after each use. Do not leave the hose under pressure when not in use. Drain the hose completely before storage and store indoors during extreme hot (above 120° F/49° C) or cold temperatures (below 20° F/-6.7° C). Do not leave the house in the sun for extended periods of time.
CAUTION: Extreme caution should always be used when the hose is in a stretched and drained condition as the Flex-Able Hose retracts like a giant rubber band.
WARNING: Do not allow children to play with or near the Flex-Able Hose.
Instructions for Use

Before use, ensure that all rubber washers are inserted into the coupling side of the hose and sprayer.
CAUTION: Do not overtighten the couplings. Overtightening might damage the washer and coupling. The hand tightens to a snug fit. Do not use tools to tighten. -
Attach the Flex-Able Hose to a spray nozzle or an on/off ball valve.

Attach the hose to an outside spigot. Gradually turn the water on and allow the hose to expand to full length. The Flex-Able Hose is now ready for watering tasks.

When finished, turn the water off at the spigot, squeeze the spray nozzle, and allow the water to drain. The hose will retract to its reduced size.
CAUTION: The hose is intended to retract when water is turned off. If the
hose is attached to an oscillating sprinkler, move the oscillating sprinkler
and hose close to the spigot to allow the hose to retract freely.
WARNING: Do not use a hose with spiked sprinklers. The spike could
dislodge and be propelled into people, animals, or objects, causing injuries
and/or property damage.
Ground Sprinkler Application
- Attach the sprinkler to the ball valve.
- Turn the ball valve off.
- Turn the water on and allow the hose to fully expand.
- Place the sprinkler in the desired location. Make sure the sprinkler is not facing you or others when you turn the ball valve on.

Return Policy
If for any reason, you would like to replace or return the product under
the money-back guarantee, your order number can be used as the return
merchandise authorization number (RMA). If the product was purchased in a
retail store, return the product to the store or use “RETAIL” as the RMA.
Return your product to the address provided below for a replacement, which
will incur no additional processing and handling fees, or for the refund of
your purchase price, less processing, and handling. You are responsible for
the cost of returning the product. You can locate your order number at

questions. Pack the product carefully and include in the package a note with
(1) your name, (2) mailing address, (3) phone number, (4) email address, (5)

on the note whether you are requesting a refund or replacement. Write the RMA
on the outside of the package.

Refund
Refunds requested within the money-back guarantee timeframe will be issued to

Tristar. If the item was purchased from an authorized retailer, proof of
purchase is required, and a check will be issued for the item and sales tax
amount. Processing and handling fees are non-refundable.
