GUARANTEE

With this quality product from BE COOL, you have opted for innovation, durability and reliability. We provide a 2-year warranty valid in Austria from the date of purchase for this BECOOL appliance!

If, despite expectations, service work should be performed on your device during this period, we hereby guarantee you a free device repair (spare parts and labor) or (at Schuss’ discretion) a product replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible for economic reasons, we reserve the right to issue a credit note for the current value.

In the case of air conditioners, contact the customer line as the first step (see the sticker on the unit or the front page of the user manual), in the case of fans, contact your specialist dealer or us directly. We would like to point out that a repair that has not been carried out at an authorized service center in Austria will immediately void this warranty.

This warranty does not cover :

• In case of incorrect use, we are not responsible for any consequential damages.   • Repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear

• Damage due to failure to follow the operating instructions

• Devices that are used – even if only partially – for commercial purposes

• equipment mechanically damaged by external influences (fall, impact, breakage, improper use, etc.), as well as wear and tear of an aesthetic nature.

• Equipment that has been mishandled

• Units that have not been opened at our authorized service center.

• Damage caused by improperly closed air conditioner condensate drain valves or improperly inserted water tank.

• Unmet consumer expectations.

• Damage caused by force majeure, water, lightning, overvoltage.

• Units whose type designation and/or serial number on the unit has been altered, obliterated, illegible or removed.

• services outside of our authorized service centers, transport costs to the authorized service center or to us and back, and related risks.

Please note that within the warranty period, in the event of operating errors or if no error has been detected, a flat rate of €60 will be charged (indexed base CPI 2010, June 2015).

The provision of warranty service (repair or replacement of the appliance) does not extend the absolute warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

The two-year warranty is only valid upon presentation of the proof of purchase (must include the seller’s name and address as well as the complete device designation) and the relevant warranty card, which must state the type of device as well as the serial number (visible on the box and on the back or bottom devices)! Without a warranty card, only the statutory warranty applies!

We expressly emphasize that the rights from the statutory warranty are not affected by this warranty and remain unchanged.

Schuss Home Electronic GmbH and its representatives are only liable for damages in the case of gross negligence or intent. Liability for lost profits, expected but unrealized savings, consequential damages and damages from claims of third parties is excluded in any case. Damages to or on recorded data are always excluded from liability.

Congratulations on your selection. We hope you enjoy your BE COOL appliance!
