Commissioning
- Connect the mains plug to a suitable mains socket. The small timer (1) inside the timer starts the display. One complete 360° rotation corresponds to one minute.
- Synchronise the timer with the current time:
- Wait until it is exactly on the hour or 15, 30 or 45 minutes after.
- Turn the outer ring of the timer clockwise so that the tip of the triangular arrow (3) points to the current time.
- In the illustration, the arrow indicates 20:15.
- If the product is disconnected from the power supply, you must synchronise the timer again.
- Use the 96 small levers to set the time period in which the connected units are to be switched on.
- Press the levers outwards for the period of time during which the connected devices are to be activated. Use e.g. the tip of a pen or a small screwdriver. Be careful and do not use force, otherwise the levers could break off.
- For example, the connected units are switched on at 18:45 and switched off at 20:30 if the levers are set as shown in the illustration.
- For example, if you press every other lever outwards, the connected devices are switched on and off at intervals of 15 minutes.
- To switch the connected loads on and off via the timer, the slide switch must be set to the lower position .
- To switch on the consumers permanently, move the slide switch up to the “I” position.
- The ON/OFF indicator (2) shows whether the sockets are activated (ON) or deactivated (OFF).
- Connect the consumers to the sockets and avoid pinching the cables when you close the housing flap.
- Switch on the connected devices as soon as the sockets are activated.
Cleaning and care
- The product does not require user maintenance and should not be opened or disassembled. Repairs may only be carried out by a qualified specialist or workshop.
- Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or chemicals, as this may damage the housing or impair its operation.
- Avoid cleaning the product with water jets such as from a high-pressure cleaner.
- Before any cleaning, disconnect the product from the power supply and from any connected device.
- Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the housing and a few drops of mild washing-up liquid for heavier soiling.
