INFORMATION

Please carefully read this manual and follow each step to ensure a comfortable travel and best protection for your child. Please keep the instruction manual in the instruction manual storage compartment at the back of the seat body at all times.

Notice regarding i-Size category Enhanced Child Restraint Systems (40-105cm)
This is an i-Size Enhanced Child Restraint System.
It is approved according to UN Regulation No. 129, for use in, i-Size compatible vehicle seating positions as indicated by vehicle manufacturers in the vehicle users’ manual.
If in doubt, consult either the Enhanced Child Restraint System manufacturer or the retailer.

This is a i-Size booster seat Enhanced Child Restraint System. It is approved according to UN Regulation No. 129, for use primarily in “ i-Size seating positions” as indicated by vehicle manufacturers in the vehicle user’s manual.
If in doubt, consult either the Enhanced Child Restraint System manufacturer or the retailer.
NOT TO USE REARWARD FACING ECRS IN SEATING POSITIONS WHERE THERE IS AN ACTIVE FRONTAL AIRBAG INSTALLED.
IMPORTANT – DO NOT USE FORWARD FACING BEFORE THE CHILD’S AGE EXCEEDS 15 months (Refer to instructions).

Feature
This enhanced child seat can be adjusted 360° rotation.
According to UN Regulation No.129/03, this enhanced child seat is a Universal ISOFIX Child Restraint and should betted using the ISOFIX connections.
To use this enhanced child seat approved to the ECE R129/03 Regulation, your child must meet the following requirements.
Rearward Facing: Child height 40cm-105cm/ Child weight≤19 kg;
Forward Facing: Child height 76cm-150cm

WARNINGS
To protect your child, please read these instructions carefully.
The car seat is suitable for children from 40 to 150 cm.
This car seat is only suitable for use in vehicles fitted with retractable 3-point seat belts and approved under standard GB 27887 or ECE R 16.
Read the instructions carefully to avoid making any mistakes.
Use the harness for children with a heigh of between 40 and 105 cm.
The 3-point seat belt or harness are optional for children between 100 and 105 cm.
Check that all the vehicle belts and harness straps are tight and are not twisted before use.
Check that the seat belt fits snugly to prevent the child from falling out; the child’s pelvis must be held firmly in particular.
Replace the child safety seat after an accident.
For safety reasons, do not make any modifications to the car safety seat.
Avoid exposing the seat to direct sunlight if it is not protected by the cover, as this may cause burns to the child’s skin.
Never leave the child unattended in the safety seat.
All luggage and any other objects that could cause injury in the event of an accident should be securely fastened.
The car safety seat should not be used without the cover.
The car safety seat is suitable for children under 150 cm in height.
It can be used in the forward facing position before the child reaches 105 cm in height, provided that the harness is used, but it must not be installed on a seat equipped with an airbag. Once the child has reached 15 months, the car seat should be installed on the rear seats of the vehicle and in the forward facing position.
Keep the instruction manual for future reference.
Only use the safety seat in the car, not at home.
Securely fasten the car safety seat, even when the child is not in it.
Check that all the parts off the safety seat are in the correct position so that they do not get caught in the doors or moving parts of the vehicle seats.
Take the child out off the seat before making any adjustments.
Never use a second-hand car seat.
Choose the correct load support point described in the manual, or you may be at risk.
Choose the correct ISOFIX anchor point.

USE IN THE VEHICLE

Installation position of the enhanced child seat in vehicle
This is an i-Size Enhanced Child Restraint System. It is approved according to UN Regulation No. 129/03, for use in, i-Size compatible vehicle seating positions, as defined and approved according to UN Regulations No.16. According to UN Regulation No.129/03, this enhanced child seat is a Universal ISOFIX Child Restraint and should be fitted using the ISOFIX connections.
To use this enhanced child seat approved to the ECE R129/03 Regulation, your child must meet the following requirements.
Rearward Facing: Child height 40cm-105cm/ Child weight≤19 kg;
Forward Facing: Child height 76cm-150cm If in doubt, consult either the Enhanced Child Restraint System manufacturer or the retailer.
WARNING:DO NOT use rearward facing child seat in seating positions where an active frontal airbag installed.
“IMPORTANT -DO NOT USE FORWARD FACING BEFORE THE CHILD’S AGE EXCEEDS 15 months (Refer to instructions) .
The suitable location for installation on the car is shown as follows:

Safe to install the enhanced child car seat.
When the front vehicle seat with opened airbag, cannot install in this place.
Only with 3-point seat belt and ISOFIX attachments can install in this place.

1.1 Checking the shoulder strap height
NO-Too low NO -Too high Yes- Correct
Always check that the shoulder straps are at the same correct height for your child. The child’s shoulders should always be thread through the slots in the cover and seat shell that are closest to the top of your child’s shoulders.

1.2 Usage of buckle
Firstly, adjust the shoulder straps height, please proceed as follows:
Step 1.Put the two metal sections off the buckle connector together.
Step 2.Slot the two buckle connectors into the slot in the buckle until they “click” in place.
Step 3.Check the harness is correctly locked by pulling the shoulder straps upwards.
To release the harness, you can press the red button off the buckle downwards the two metal sections will be pop up.

1.3 Adjust and use the harness Loosen the harness
The harness is slackened by pressing the adjuster button of the central adjuster on the front of the seat.
Press down the adjuster button as you grip the two shoulder straps with your another hand.
Pull the shoulder straps towards you to loosen the harness.

Tighten the harness
Pull the shoulder straps upwards to remove the slack from the lap sections of the harness then pull the adjuster strap until the harness is fully tightened.
The harness should be adjusted as tightly as possible without causing discomfort to your child.
A loose harness can be dangerous. Check the harness adjuster and tighten each time the child is placed in the seat.

1.4 Adjust the enhanced child seat to different recline positions
The seat body of the enhanced child seat can be adjusted 6 different positions: position 0, position 1, position 2, position 3, position 4, position 5.
For forward facing:
Child height 76cm-105cm/Child weight≤19 kg: position 1, position 2, position 3, position 4, position 5.
Child height 100cm-150cm : position 1
Pull the recline adjustment handle under the front seat body forward, and then pull or push the seat body forwards or backwards. Release the recline adjustment handle in the desired position and push until you can hear a “click”.
Now the child seat is locked in the desired recline position.
For rearward facing:
Child height 40cm-105cm/ Child weight≤19 kg: position 0.
Rotate the seat body rearward facing and pull the recline adjustment handle under the front seat body forward to position 0. Release the recline adjustment handle in the desired position and push until you can hear a “click”. Now the child seat is locked in the rearward facing position.
Make sure the child seat is securely locked in the desired position by pulling or pushing or pull on the seat body.

1.5 Height adjustment for shoulder strap and headrest
According to children’s different height, the headrest and the shoulder strap can be adjusted up and down, totally 9 positions.
For child height: 40-105cm, Press the strap adjustment button, while pulling out the shoulder harnesses to the proper length.
Adjust the headrest by pulling the headrest adjustment handle, raise or lower according to your child’s height.
Release the handle ,the headrest and the shoulder belts reach the desired height and you will hear a“click”.
The harness strap should be level with your child’s shoulders. Check that the headrest is properly engaged by sliding the headrest down a little.
For child height: 100-150cm. Press the strap adjustment button, adjust the headrest by pulling the headrest adjustment handle, raise or lower according to your child’s height. release the handle, the headrest will reach the desired height and you will hear a“click”.

1.6 Usage of the support leg

  1. Unfold and pull the support leg away from the bottom off the enhanced child seat until it locks in place.
  2. Hold the support leg and pull it out forward from the bottom off the base and make it fully extended until you can hear a “ click”. Now the support leg is locked in place and you can use the support leg.
  3. Place the enhanced child seat forward facing on a vehicle seat.
  4. Hold and press support leg adjustment button and pull out the lower section from the upper section of the support leg until it rests frmly on the foor off the vehicle. The support leg indicator at the bottom of the support leg must be fully green.

Important ! It is not allowed to place objects under the support leg. For information on the storage compartments in the foot area please contact your vehicle manufacturer.
Make sure that support leg must never be suspended in mid-air or supported by other objects.
Make sure that the support leg does not lift the bottom of the base of the child seat up from the surface of the vehicle seat.
To retract the support leg, repeat the above prescribed procedures in reverse order.
But frstly you should pull the rotation handle forward and at the same time hold and push the support leg backward to the bottom off the base, then release the rotation handle as the following photos: 1.6.4

1.7 Usage of the ISOFIX
Warning: Ensure that your vehicle has ISOFIX anchorage points. Insert ISOFIX guides to assist with installation.

  1. Place the child seat forwarder facing on a vehicle seat.

  2. Press and push ISOFIX release button on both sides off the seat and make the ISOFIX connectors are fully extended. This ensures that both hooks on the ISOFIX connectors are open and ready to use, now both ISOFIX indicators of ISOFIX release button show red color.

  3. Push the ISOFIX connectors through ISOFIX guides directly into the anchorages until heard an audible sound “click”. Now both ISOFIX indicator off ISOFIX release button show green color . At the same time, push the backrest off the base off the enhanced child seat as soon as possible toward the backrest off vehicle seat until tightly.
    Make sure that both ISOFIX indicators off ISOFIX release button on both sides show green color so that the enhanced child seat is correctly fastened.

  4. Shake the enhanced child seat to ensure that it is securely fastened and check the safety buttons to make sure that the two indicators are fully green.

To disassemble the ISOFIX , repeat the above pres-cribed procedures in reverse order.

1.8 Using the baby insert
The baby insert must be used for the child height of 40-75cm.
Place the baby insert in the enhanced child seat and press the snap fastener of the head extra cushion of baby insert with the headrest of the enhanced child seat, then lay both shoulder straps over the baby insert.
Guide the harness buckle and the crotch pad through the openings in the bottom part of the baby insert.
Always make sure that your child is properly secured.
To take off the baby insert, repeat the above pres-cribed procedures in reverse order.

USING THE SIDE PROTECTOR

During the travel, you can choose to use the side protector.
If you want to use the side protector, press the side protector button, you will hear a “click” and the side protector is open.
During the travel, you only can open the side protector which is near to the door of the car.
If you do want to use the side protector, Press the side protector button, at the same time, press the side protector, you will hear a “click” and the side protector is close and locked.
2.1Removal baby inserts, shoulder pads, crotch pad and conceal shoulder strap, crotch strap and buckle.
Step 1: Take off the baby inserts, please refer to Section 1.8.
Step 2:Press the adjuster button and loosen shoulder harness, open the shoulder strap pads and slide shoulder pads straps off its own connectors from the front of the enhanced child seat and move shoulder pads.
Step 3:Open the buckle and turn up the fabric cover of headrest from the bottom, open the middle fabric cover of the seat body, assemble the shoulder straps and two metal buckle connectors along with two inner sides of the plastic part of seat body, put two metal buckle connectors in two storages off inner plastic part of seat body and close two storages. Close the middle fabric cover of the seat body and turn down the fabric cover of headrest to the bottom. Now the shoulder straps and two metal buckle connectors are concealed between the plastic part of seat body and the fabric covers.
Step 4:Remove the crotch pad, slide the rest part of the buckle and the crotch strap, make them both underneath the fabric cover of seat body, open the cover off buckle storage off seat body ,assemble the rest part off the buckle and the crotch strap properly, then put the rest part off the buckle and the crotch strap in the storage and close it fnally.
Step 5:Adjust the enhanced child seat to recline position 1, adjust the harness adjuster strap, now the enhanced car seat can be used without harness for your child (Child height 100-150cm ).

2.2 Changing the direction of travel
This enhanced child seat can be adjusted 360° rotation. This enhanced child seat can be used:
Rearward Facing: Child height 40cm-105cm/ Child weight≤19 kg;
Forward Facing: Child height 76cm-150cm
To change the direction of travel, pull the rotation handle and turn the seat body to the desired direction until it engages.
Important !Before making any car journey, ensure that the rotating part of the child safety seat is fully engaged by trying to rotate the enhanced child seat in both directions.
Important !It is not allowed to place objects under the support leg. For information on the storage compartments in the foot area please contact your vehicle manufacturer.
Do not use the enhanced child seat facing forwards if your child is under 76cm/15 months old.
Important !The enhanced child seat should be only in forward facing or rearward facing direction during the travel.

2.3 Putting the child in/ Taking the child out

  1. Adjust the rotation handle in the front of the base, rotating the seat body 90° towards the vehicle door at the same time.
  2. Now you can put your child in or take him or her out easily.
  3. Secure your child in the seat.
  4. Rotate the seat body 90° again so it is facing either forwards or backwards, depending on the age off your child, until it engages with a clicking sound.

Important ! Before every journey, make sure that the rotating seat body is fully engaged.

2.4 Installation this enhanced child seat
Unfold and pull the support leg away from the bottom off the enhanced child seat until it locks in place. Place the enhanced child seat forwarder facing on a vehicle seat. Install the enhanced child seat on the vehicle seat, please refer to Section 1.6, Section 1.7,  Section 1.8.

2.5 Securing your child in the enhanced child seat
Rearward Facing: Child height 40cm-105cm/ Child weight≤19 kg; Recline position: position 0

  1. Press the strap adjustment button, while pulling out the shoulder harnesses to the proper length.

  2. Press the red button to disengage the buckle.

  3. Fix the two metal sections off the buckle connector on the both sides of the enhanced child seat.

  4. Place the child into the enhanced child seat and pass both arms through the harnesses. Position the harness straps at or below the child’s shoulders.
    After the child is seated, re-check whether the shouder harnesses are at the proper height. Check and adjust the height off the shoulder straps and headrest to the correct position according to youchild’s height.

  5. Engage the buckle and put the two metal sections off the buckle connector together. Slot the two buckle connectors into the slot in the buckle until they “click” in place.
    Check that the harness has not become twisted and also check that the cover is not impeding the movement or fit off the harness in any way.

  6. Pull forward the adjustment strap and adjust it to the proper length to make sure your child is snugly secured.

  7. Make sure the space between the child and the shoulder harness is about the thickness of one hand.
    Adjust the child seat to desire of recline position and make your child comfortable.

  8. Pull the rotation handle and turn the seat body rearward facing ,at the same time, pull the recline adjustment handle under the front seat body forward to the largest recline position( position 0) . Release the recline adjustment handle and push until you can hear a “click”. Now the child seat is locked in the rearward facing position (position 5) . Make sure the enhanced child seat is securely locked in the desired position by pulling or pushing or pull on the seat body.

Important !Before making any car journey, ensure that the rotating part of the enhanced child seat is fully engaged by trying to rotate the enhanced child seat in both directions.
WARNING: DO NOT use rearward facing child seat in seating positions where an active frontal airbag installed . Death or serious injury can occur.
To disassemble your baby and the child seat, repeat the above prescribed procedures in reverse order.

2.6 Securing your child in the enhanced child seat
Forward Facing: Child height 76cm-105cm/ Child weight≤19 kg;
Recline position: Position 1, position 2, position 3, position 4, position 5.

  1. Press the strap adjustment button, while pulling out the shoulder harnesses to the proper length.

  2. Press the red button to disengage the buckle.

  3. Fix the two metal sections of the buckle connector on the both sides of the enhanced child seat.

  4. Place the child into the enhanced child seat and pass both arms through the harnesses. Position the harness straps at or below the child’s shoulders.
    After the child is seated, re-check whether the shoulder harnesses are at the proper height.
    Check and adjust the height of the shoulder straps and headrest to the correct position according to your child’s height.

  5. Engage the buckle and put the two metal sections of the buckle connector together. Slot the two buckle connectors into the slot in the buckle until they “click” in place.
    Check that the harness has not become twisted and also check that the cover is not impeding the movement or fit of the harness in any way.

  6. Pull forward the adjustment strap and adjust it to the proper length to make sure your child is snugly secured.

  7. Make sure the space between the child and the shoulder harness is about the thickness of one hand.
    Adjust the child seat to desire of recline position and make your child comfortable.

Important !Do not use the enhanced child seat facing forwards if your child is under 76cm/15months old.
To disassemble your baby and the child seat, repeat the above prescribed procedures in reverse order.

2.7 Securing your child in the enhanced child seat
Forward Facing: Child height 100cm-150cm
Recline position: position 1
Step 1: Remove the crotch pad and shoulder pad and conceal shoulder straps, crotch strap and buckle before installing for children (See details 5.1)
Step 2: Fold and push the support leg back to the bottom of the child seat until it locks in place.(Retract the support leg see details 4.7.
Step 3: Place the child seat on the enhanced child seat forward-facing and press the ISOFIX release button on both sides of the seat and push the ISOFIX connectors forward and make the ISOFIX connectors fully extended.
This ensures that both hooks on the ISOFIX connectors are open and ready to use, now the ISOFIX indicator of ISOFIX release button show red color.
Step 4: Push the ISOFIX connectors directly into the anchorages until heard an audible sound “click”. Now the ISOFIX indicator of ISOFIX release button show green color.
Step 5: Grasp the seat body and base to check the seat if it is fastened tightly or shakes. If the seat shakes and the ISOFIX connectors are pulled out, please repeat the above steps and install it again.
Step 6: Place your child into the enhanced child seat. Adjust the headrest height according to the height of your child if necessary. Guide the diagonal belt into the top belt guide hook under the headrest near to the side of the car seat belt automatic roll-up device. Guide lap belt through both belts guide hook’s of on the both sides of the seat body.
Step 7: Insert diagonal belt and lab belt into the vehicle buckle hear “click”. Check the vehicle belt buckle is correctly locked by pulling the seat belt upwards.
Step 8:Check that the diagonal belt and lap belt have not become twisted and also check that the cover is not impeding the movement in any way.
Main load point must be up car seat buckle. The satis factory position of the adult safety-belt buckle relative to the child car seat is as photo. If in doubt about this point, please contact us .
Make sure the seat belt has not become twisted. Also check that the cover is not impeding the movement or fit of the seat belt webbing in any way.
To disassemble your baby and the child seat, repeat the above prescribed procedures in reverse order.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Daily maintenance

  1. In daily use, check periodically the enhanced child seat.
    The enhanced child seat should be replaced after an accident.

  2. Please keep this enhanced child seat in dry and ventilated place to avoid damp moldy.

  3. If the enhanced child seat becomes dusty, clean the seat belt and the plastic pieces by swiping them with a damp sponge and let it dry under ambiance.

  4. If food or drink drop accidently on the buckle, disassemble the seat belt from the enhanced child seat and rinse it gently by warm water. Leave it dry under ambiance.

  5. For cleaning the entire child seat fabric cover, please refer to the washing instruction.

Washing instruction:
Never use any solvant, chemical detergent or lubricant on any part of your child seat.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Check all the parts of the safety seat before using it.
Make sure that it is in good condition as this will reduce the risk of an accident.
Check that the seat belts are not too loose before use.
Do not expose the safety seat to excessively cold or hot temperatures, or damp environments.
Keep the instruction manual in a safe place.
In the event of an accident replace the car seat with a new one. Contact your retailer if you have any questions.
