To charge the charging case, use the Type-C charging cable to connect the
charging case to the 5V power adapter.
Warm reminder: When the battery power of the headset is lower than 3.4V, the
low battery reminder “battery low” will start to be broadcast (reminder every
1 minute).

Product operation instructions

Power on
Method 1: Open the lid and the earphones will automatically turn on;
Method 2: Press and hold the MFB button on the earphones for 3 seconds to turn on the device. -
Power off
Method 1: Put the earphones into the charging compartment and automatically shut them off;
Method 2: If the earphones are not connected to the device within 3 minutes, they will automatically shut down. -
Pairing
Step 1: Pair left and right earphones: Remove the earphones from the charging compartment and automatically pair them left and right.
Step 2: After the left and right earphones are automatically paired successfully, they enter pairing mode and wait for the earphones to connect to the device.
Step 3: Turn on the Bluetooth function of the device, select “TF-T28” to connect, and if the device is not connected within 3 minutes, it will automatically shut down.
Restore factory settings
- After the headset is turned on and not connected to the device, click any headset function button 5 times in succession to restore the factory settings and shut down.
- When the headset is connected to the device, click any headset function button 5 times continuously, press and hold any headset function button for 10 seconds within 3 seconds, restore the factory settings and turn off the phone.

Voice Assistant: Long press the function button on the left ear for 2 seconds to activate the voice assistant
Volume increase: click the right earphone function key (maximum prompt sound “dong dong”)
Volume reduction: Click the left earphone function button -
Music playback mode
Play/Pause: Double click the left/right headphone function keys
Previous song: Three clicks on the left earphone function button
Next track: Three clicks on the right earphone function button -
Call mode
Answer incoming call: Double click the left/right headphone function button
End call: Double click the left/right headphone function key
Reject incoming call: Long press the left/right headphone function button for 2 seconds -
Game/Music Mode Switching
Game mode: Long press the right earphone function button for 2 seconds.(Voice prompt: “Game mode”)
Music mode: Long press the right ear function button for 2 seconds.(Voice prompt: “Music mode”)

Warranty Statement.
The products attached hereto are warranted as follows: If the product is
damaged due to defects in quality under normal use within twelve (12) months
from the date of purchase, the product will be repaired free of charge if it
can be repaired, or replaced free of charge if it cannot be repaired as
confirmed by the manufacturer, and the product will continue to be covered by
the warranty for the remainder of the warranty period (a minimum of not less
than 30 days) after the product is repaired or replaced. After repair or
replacement, the product will continue to enjoy the warranty during the
remaining warranty period (at least 30 days).
The date of purchase is based on the date of the sales invoice. If the date of
purchase cannot be determined, the warranty period will be calculated on the
basis of thirteen (13) months from the date of manufacture of the product.
For warranty claims, please call the product service hotline first and follow
our instructions. To claim the warranty, you will need to provide a valid
sales invoice that is accurate, complete and legibly filled out. The above
warranty does not apply to the following.
- Exceeding the validity period of the three packages:.
- Altered warranty card, product code does not match the product body
- Failure or damage caused by misuse, abuse or improper transportation, use, maintenance or storage.
- Failure or damage caused by force majeure (e.g. earthquake, war, fire, etc.) or accidents
- Damage to zippers, towers, or buckles due to excessive force
- Unraveling or tearing due to overloading.
- Any damage caused by sharp objects
- Products that show signs of burns or flooding.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification.
- Aging, discoloration, wear and tear, cracks and other wear and tear that occurs during normal use of the product.
- This warranty will be void if the original labeling of the product is altered or destroyed.
The product and the accompanying materials are complete and intact appearance
is not the scope of the warranty, you should receive the product on-site
inspection and any discrepancies to raise objections.
The above warranty is our entire warranty in respect of the product and
applies only within mainland China.
Nothing in this document affects the rights of consumers which cannot be
excluded or restricted under the law.
