Use Precautions

1. Recommend for pets over 6 months old.
2. Indoor use. Avoid direct sunlight. Keep away from fire.
3. Use the attached adapter. Otherwise, the feeder may be damaged or fail to work.
4. DO NOT soak the main machine in water.
5. To prevent pets from pushing over the feeder, we recommend to use against the wall.
6. Children should use it under guidance. User Manual 7. Stop to use the desiccant bag if you find it is broken.
7. Please unplug the power cord and remove the batteries at the bottom if you ON-DO3EU would like to stop using the feeder.

LED Display Introduction

1. The feeder would lock itself if you don’t operate it and wait for 30 seconds. time setting.
2. Press and hold the dial for 3 seconds to unlock the feeder,

Program Settings

You may need to know before setting:
If the feeder is locked, press and hold the button for 3 seconds to unlock it.

Rotate to select menu and adjust numbers.

Click for confirmation.

Current Time Setting

1. Rotate the dial to select the TIME SET menu.
2. Click the button to enter the current time satting
3. Turn the dial to adjust the hour and minute numbers, Click to confirm.

Tips:
You need to confirm the numbers of hours and minutes separately.
If you set the feeding plan without setting the current time, it will lead to inaccurate feeding, because the time may pass.
Feed Plan Settings

1. Rotate the dial to select the FEED PLAN menu. Click to enter the feed settings.
2. Turn the dial to select the feed serial number.and click the dial to confirm it.
3. Turn the dial to adjust the hour and minute numbers, Click to confirm them,
4. Turn the dial to adjust the portion number, Click the dial to confirm it.
5. Repeat 2-4 if you need to set up the next meal.
6. To return to the main menu, DO NOT touch the dial and wait for 10 seconds.

Tips:

1. The PORTION number shown on the display means the amount for each bowl.
2. It Does Not support to deliver different portions to each bowl.

Manual Feeding Setting

1. Rotate the dial to select the FEED menu.
2. Click it to release 1 portion of food.

Note:
When the FEED menu flashes, click the dial for multiple times within 1 second to release more portions.
Record A Message

1. Turn the dial to REC menu, Click it to enter the record setting,
2. Press and hold the dial, speak to the microphone,
3. When the recording is over, release the dial and the feeder will automatically play the previous recording as a preview.
4. You can repeat 1-3 to change the recording.

Tips:

1. You can record a message within 10 seconds.
2. During the recording process, the feeder displays a 10-second countdown.

Reset the Feeder

1. Rotate the dial to select ©.
2. Press and hold for 7 seconds to restore the device to factory settings.

Tips:
You will hear 2 sounds of Beep when the feeder restore to factory,

Statement for LED Display

1. When setting the feeder, if there is no the feeder operate and wait for 30 seconds, the would back to standby automatically. feeder would lock automatically.
2. No button for Locking. Do Not operation within 10 seconds,
3. When using batteries only, if you do not operate, the display would be off within 30 seconds,
4. The feeder uses a 12-hour clock.
5. The battery icon only occurs when using the battery as the only power supply, The icon would flash when the battery gets low.
6. The meal serial number would be off when the plan execution is completed, It would lights up again at 12:00 AM,

The Desired Amount of Kibbles

The size of the kibble we used in our lab: 0.3 inch. Here’s the data from our experiment
This data is for reference only. You need to test out the right amount for your pet. based on the dry food you used.
Tips:

Here are the steps:

1. In the following steps, let’s assume that your two pets eat the same amount.
2. For example, 1/2 cup equals to 6 portions, so’/ cup would equals to 3 portions.
3. Set the portion number to 3.
4. Measure the delivered kibbles. If the kibbles are measured as the amount you need, it means this setting is OK.
5. Otherwise, adjust the portion number to let it get close to the desired amount.

Troubleshooting

Please attach your troubleshooting and order ID, contact us via email support@oneisall.com. We would help you solve the problem fast.

Do not use batteries, use another type-C charging cord to see if the feeder works.
Unplug the cord and use new batteries to see if it works.

The dial do not work| Try to press and hold it for 3 seconds to unlock the feeder.
Food stuck or show E-01 error code| Make sure the kibble size less than 0.5 inch in diameter.
Check if the tank and food outlet keeps dry.
Check if the food keeps dry and fresh.
If the food stop in the outlet, clean it.
If you use without cord, replace the batteries.
LED Display is off| When using the battery as the only power source, the screen would be off to save electricity. But the feeder would work normally.
