POWERLINE Vantage ELT-3300L EV Battery 3,300 Lift Table

Specifications

  • Maximum hydraulic oil capacity: 1.5 gallons
  • Compatible hydraulic oil: AW32 or AW46

ASSEMBLY

  1. Before assembling the dolly onto the lift, you will need to add hydraulic oil to the lift. The lift will hold roughly 1.5 gallons of hydraulic oil (either AW32 or AW46). USE ONLY HYDRAULIC OIL. DO NOT use transmission fluid. Remove the circular rubber piece as shown in the picture.

  2. Remove the red cap and add roughly 1.5 gallons of hydraulic oil to the oil reservoir. Make sure to fill the reservoir almost full.POWERLINE=Vantage=ELT=3300L=EV=Battery=3=300=Lift=Table=FIG-1

  3. Screw the red cap back into place and put the circular rubber piece back in place.

  4. Using the (6) bolts, (6) washers, and (6) lock washers provided, attach the dolly to the same end of the lift where you filled the hydraulic oil. See the picture of what it will look like when installed.

  5. Next, assemble the (2) gray dolly support brackets using the (4) large bolts and nuts provided. See the picture for how the dolly assembly will look when it is attached and the (2) gray dolly support brackets are installed. The (4) large nuts should go BETWEEN the gray support brackets and the dolly assembly.

  6. Remove the cotter pin that is at the end of the large silver pin located above the springs of the dolly assembly. After removing the cotter pin, remove the large silver pin from the dolly assembly.

  7. Next, assemble the handle onto the dolly assembly by sliding the large silver pin you removed in the step above through both the handle and dolly assembly. IMPORTANT… MAKE SURE THE SMALL CHAIN GOES THROUGH THE HOLE LOCATED IN THE CENTER HOLE OF THE LARGE SILVER PIN. Put the cotter pin back in place at the end of the large silver pin. See pictures of what it will look like when installed correctly.

  8. The next step is to attach the small chain to the release pedal. You will notice (2) small nuts at the bottom of the chain. Screw the top nut up so it is separated from the bottom nut by about a half-inch. Move the chain so that the bottom nut is under the release pedal and the top nut is on top of the release pedal. Once you have done this, tighten down the top nut (finger tight only) so it is resting on top of the release pedal. See the picture below of how it will look once complete.

  9. Make certain that the bolt on the release pedal circled in red in the photo is not screwed in. If the jack is not working, it is probably the result of the screw below being screwed in too tight. Back the bolt off with a flathead screwdriver and then try jacking. We recommend the screw being approximately a half-inch exposed like in the picture.

  10. The black handle must be in the down position to jack up and use the dolly. Pulling the handle up will lower the lift back onto the ground.
With the black handle in the down position, pull back on the black handle assembly (as if you are going to jack up the lift). Next, REMOVE the 3” silver pin shown in the picture to the left. You can throw away the silver pin as it is only used for shipping purposes.
This is where the 3” silver pin is removed from.

  11. Assemble the handle onto the opposite end of the lift (opposite motor side) using the (2) remaining bolts, (2) washers, and (2) lock washers.

  12. Plug the cord into a 110-volt outlet and turn the lift on by turning the red button shown in the picture below clockwise.

  13. To operate the remote, push down and turn the red button on the remote. The red button will “pop up.” This means the up and down buttons of the remote will now function correctly. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THE RED BUTTON IS THE TOP OF THE REMOTE. SO THE “UP” BUTTON IS BLACK WITH A BLACK BACKGROUND AND THE “DOWN” BUTTON IS BLACK WITH A SILVER BACKGROUND. The lift takes a second or two for the air release locks to function and then the lift will lower while still holding the down button.

FAQ

  • Q: What type of hydraulic oil should I use?
    • A: Use either AW32 or AW46 hydraulic oil. Do not use transmission fluid.
  • Q: How much hydraulic oil does the lift hold?
    • A: The lift can hold roughly 1.5 gallons of hydraulic oil.
  • Q: Can I use the dolly without adding hydraulic oil?
    • A: No, it is necessary to add hydraulic oil before using the dolly.
  • Q: How should I adjust the position of the chain on the release pedal?
    • A: Screw the top nut up so it is separated from the bottom nut by about a half-inch. Make sure the bottom nut is under the release pedal and the top nut is on top of the release pedal.
  • Q: What should I do if the jack is not working?
    • A: Check that the bolt on the release pedal is not screwed in. If it is, back off the bolt with a flathead screwdriver to approximately a half-inch exposed.
