Statement
- Thank you for purchasing the YESKAMO PIR WIFI Camera with floodlight.
- The PIR alarm camera has a built in PIR sensor and floodlights when the camera catches any suspicious activities in its detection area, you will get an alert message through the phone or siren alarm from the camera side. At night, the floodlight will also automatically switch on when any suspicious activities is detected and color vision will then be enabled to film any unexpected movement. The built-in microphone and speaker on the camera let you hear and speak to the people on your property.
- The PIR alarm camera can be used as a standalone wifi camera and can be also integrated with YEKSMAO wireless NVR system for any home and business surveillance. No matter you are looking for a single wifi camera or looking to expand your wireless security system, the YESKAMO PIR Alarm camera will meet your demand.
Product Description
PIR Alarm camera with Floodlight
- Microphone : Pick up an audio
- Speaker : transmit sound
- IR Cut Filter: auto switch day/night mode
- 1R LED : IR leds will automatically switch on at darkness for night vision
- Floodlight: will turn on automatically in the darkness when PIR sensor was triggered.
- PIR (passive infrared) Sensor: detect objects in its view field. @ 3.6mm Lens: provides wide viewing angle up to go;
- Weatherproof IP66 Housing : working temperature: -20°(/ -4 °F to 60°C/140°F;
- 2-Axis Mounting Bracket: adjust installation angle and vandal-proof inside cable. 360° all-round swiveling and go up-down adjusting;
- RJ-45 Ethernet port : A: Add the camera to the YESKAMO NVR recorder as a standard NVR kits if you want Wired to connect the camera to the internet if you are you failed to conjugate it for a wireless connection
- Power-in Port : connect with provided 12V lA plug for the power supply.
- TF Card slot : Insert TF Card for video storage. (Max support 128G TF Card, TF card must be FAT32 format)
- Reset button: Press and hold the reset button for about 5-10 seconds to restore the camera to the factory setting.
Installation angle for PIR alarm camera
- The detection angle for PIR Sensor is about 110 degree, and the detection distance is within 8 meters. So the recommended installation height is Not higher than 3-4 meters, 3m/10ft will be better, and recommended angle is transversely-mounted with the PIR detection area. (Make the detection area as a sector area like the below picture shows)
When people transversely across PIR detection area as above picture, the
camera will detect the movement sooner.
When people goes straight to camera as above picture, the PIR sensor will not
so sensitive
Note: A passive infrared sensor (PIR sensor) is an electronic sensor that measures infrared (IR) light radiating from objects in its field of view. They work entirely by detecting infrared radiation (radiant heat) emitted by or reflected from objects. But sometimes, it might be affected by airflow, such as rain or wind, which may cause same false alarms. So it is suggested to install the PIR camera is a shaded area, such as eaves, to prevent accelerated wear and tear the elements might cause
Description About PIR wifi camera with floodlight
This alarm camera has a built-in PIR sensor and floodlights, when the camera catches any suspicious activities in its detection area, you will get an alert through the phone or camera. Shine a light on suspicious activity with 4 PIR activated ultra-bright floodlights and colour vision will then be enabled to film any unexpected movement at night. The video image is black /white when there is no any movement in the darkness.
- The camera works with or without an NVR recorder, PIR alarm camera can be used as a standalone wifi camera, which you can view directly on the phone app; Or you can add the PIR Camera to a yeskamo NVR recorder as would be for standard NVR camera kits.
- The camera has a built-in PIR sensor and motion sensor, you will get an instant phone app alert and/or siren alarm when any suspicious activities is detected.
- The camera has a built-in IR leds and floodlight leds, IR led will automatically switch on when ambient light is insufficient and will create clear black/white videos, the floodlight will come on automatically (in the darkness) ONLY when any suspicious activities is caught on camera and will then allow for color video recording for the unexpected activity. (Floodlight will NOT turn on at day time)
Configuration on Phone App
- Power on camera
- Connect the camera with supplied 12V lA adapter, then plug the adapter to nearby power socket.
- Download phone app
- Search the APP”EseeCloud” in App store or Google play.
- Please keep updating the phone app version

Support Android 4.0 or higher version, iOS 8.0 or higher version
Create an account and login phone app
Register an account with your email address /phone number and password. A verification code will be send via text.
Add device on phone app
- Reset camera: Press and hold the reset button of camera about 5-10 seconds until hear a voice prompt” restore battery resetting, camera will restart automatically”
Add device on phone APP
Step 1: Go to “Setup> Wifi” on your Phone
Step 2: Connect your phone to camera’s hotspot with “IPC … ” and input
default hotspot password “11111111”
Step 3 : Enter APP>My Device>tap”+”lcon
Step 4: Click other ways to add
Step 5: Then the device ID will appear on the top of the interface,you
could click “add” button directly.
If the device ID not appear,please add device manually on the bottom area
(Please note:default password is no password,leave it blank)
Note:
The phone app version has been upgraded frequently, if the phone app interface
on your phone is different from the above interface, please scan the above QR
code or contact us directly to get the latest user manual.
Step 6 :Vou could watch the camera video right now.
Please choose Remote use or Local use

Remote use: please input your router name and password (Make sure you input the correct password of home wifi), then click “confirm”
button,- the device will start to connect, please Wait for the camera to connect to internet with the voice prompt “wireless setting, please wait”
- Get the voice prompt “the wireless connection is successful” and then click “complete to finish the configuration

Local use: Set the device name, then click confirm. The camera will be added successfully
Preview and playback on the phone app
Note: Turn on the “speaker” button on phone app and you can hear the voice from the camera side, Pushing the “microphone” button lets you stream your voice from the phone to the camera to whoever’s near your camera can hear you.
Device Setup
Motion Detection Recording
Click the “setup” button at the right bottom corner of the phone app> motion detection recording> customize motion detection recording, motion detection alarm siren, and motion detection sensitivity.

| customize motion detection recording. The camera supports both motion detection recording & 24/7 continuous recording. Disable “motion detection” option to disable motion detection recording
Enable motion detection notifications
| for phone app alert and you will get an instant phone app alert once detected any movement from camera’s detection area. Disable “Enable motion detection notifications” option and you will not receive the phone app alert anymore
Motion detection sensitivity

customize the PIR sensor’s sensitivity to lowest, low, medium, high and highest
Enable motion detection alarm siren
|
for siren alarm from camera side and the camera will blare an alarm once detection any movement. Disable “Enable motion detection alarm siren” and the camera will not blare alarm anymore
Device Storage
Click the “setup” button at the right bottom corner on phoneapp> General
settings Device Storage> check whether the TF Card status is normal or not
If it is abnormal, please click the” format” option to format the TF card
again.
Note: When inserting the TF card to the camera, please unplug the camera from the power source first. The camera max supports 128G TF Card.
Time recording management
The default recording mode is 24/7 continuously recording+ motion detection recording, but you can customize the recording plan based on your requirements, such as changing it to time-scheduled recording or disabling time recording Click the “setup” button at right bottom corner on phone app> General settings> Time recording management> customize record plan
Video quality settings
Click the “setup” button at the right bottom corner on the phone app>advances
settings> video quality settings> customize the live video’s definition, video
color at night and video brightness
Three-night vision modes: Infrared, Full Color, Smart
Share device function
You can easily share the device to your families after you finish the configuration of the camera on the phone app.
Note : the valid time for QR code only in 300 seconds. Please create QR code again if it is invalid.
FAQ
- Q1. How to insert TF Card for camera?
- Unplug camera from power source;
- Remove the cover for TF Cart port from camera with provided screwdriver;
- Insert the TF Card slightly;
- Fix the TF Card cover back to camera;
- Power on the camera and format the TF Card (Refer to” 6–2 Device Storage”)
- Q2.How to turn off the phone app notification?
- There are 2 ways to turn off the phone app notification: O Turn off the notification for phone app On phone app personal center> settings >disable “Push notification”
- Disable “motion detection recording” in device setting (refer to”6–l. Motion detection recording”)
- Q3.How to turn on and turn off the siren alarm from camera side?
- On device setup page, enable/disable “Enable motion detection alarm siren” to turn on/off the siren alarm. (Refer to “6–1. Motion detection recording”)
- Q4.Why I can not get phone app notification alert?
- Please check whether you disable “push notification” for phone app
- Please check whether you disable ” Enable motion detection notifications” for camera on device setup page
- Please check whether you allow notifications for “Esee Cloud”on your phone setting On phone settings> notifications> click “Esee Cloud”>”allow notifications”
- Q5.Why I can not playback the video?
- Please check whether you enable the motion detection recording or full time recording for camera;
- Please check whether the TF card is under a normal status. (Device setup> Device storage> TF card status)
- Q6.How to view the motion detection alert’s recording?
- On phone app> click “information” at lower side of screen>view the motion detection recording about certain movement.
- Q7.Why I can not hear the sound for camera?
- Please check whether you turn on the “speaker” button on phone app
- Please check the volume setting of your phone, there will be no voice if the phone’s volume is too low
- Q8.Why the floodlight doesn’t turn on when someone passby?
- The floodlight only turns on at night (when IR leds are activated) when PIR alarm camera detects people and both PIR sensor and motion sensor are triggered. It will not turn on at day time.
- The time interval for floodlight is about 2 minutes.
- lf someone beyond the PIR detection area, it will not trigger the PIR sensor. So please kindly check the installation height and angle for PIR alarm camera.
- Please check whether you choose the “infrared” mode for the camera. (Refer to” 6–4 Video quality settings” )
- Q9.What to do if I want the floodlight to turn on all-time at night?
- On-device setup> advanced setting>video quality settings>-mode> choose “Full Color” then the floodlight will switch on and offer full color video. (Refer to”6–4 Video quality settings”)
- Q10.Why my camera shows “offline” on the phone app?
- Please check whether the camera has a power supply. (Cover the IR-cut filter of the camera and IR led will turn on in the darkness)
- Please check whether the camera is installed within your router’s wifi range
- Maybe the camera restores to the factory setting, please configure the camera on the phone app again.
- Q11.Where I can change the password for the camera?
- The default username for the camera is”admin”, the default password is no password, leave it empty is ok.
- If you want to reset the password of the camera:
- Set up a password when configuring the camera on the phone app at the first time.
- on setup page>Setup password> Password > Edit new password> click confirm
Note: New password NO more than 10 characters, NO special characters.
