Important Information

Important Information

Allow at least 3 meters of space between sunroofs. Dismantling the sunroof when wind speeds of greater than 40 km/h are anticipated (brisk wind, large branches and trees are moving, and the wind is plainly audible) No open fire, grills, or patio heaters in or near the sunroof. Water sacks must be emptied as they form!

  1. Read these instructions carefully before use and assembly and keep them for future reference!
  2. Place the sunroof on firm ground with a suitable stand, the included cross bases/stands.
  3. Please only use the included cross bases/stands.
  4. Do not use in case any bases/stands on hand.
  5. The sunroof is intended for daily opening and closing under moderate weather conditions.
  6. Important Note: Not suitable for commercial use.
  7. For both cross bases/stands please use 4 pcs. concrete slab, fillable plastic base, etc. in the minimum size of 40 x 40 x 4 cm, 45 x 45 x 4 cm or 50 x 50 x 4 cm! Each slab needs a minimum weight of 20-25 kg. The maximum slab thickness should not be more than 4 cm. Never use the sunroof stand without the slabs. For optimal fit with concrete slabs cut off / remove a corner if possible.

Assembly instruction

In the fall and winter months please check the entire stability at regular intervals. Damage caused by snow and storms no warranty! We recommend removing the entire textile unit by pulling off the upper rails and dry storage

All screws, fasteners, fittings, etc. Must be checked Regularly
fastening and anchoring the sunroof to the ground, embedding in concrete, etc. is not recommended. Fastening, anchoring, etc. usually result in damage from external influences, as it creates a rigid unit. Any fastening, anchoring, etc. is undertaken at your own risk and leads to the loss of warranty and guarantee claims.

Please put the Polyester textile together during strong wind and hard rain and use a protective cover! Remove the frame and cover completely in bad weather periods! The product is a sun shade! The product cannot be used as covering and canopy for grills, barbecue, fire, etc!

Ensure that no persons or objects are in the vicinity of the opening area before opening the sunshade. Do not grasp during opening or closing between the parts of the frame. Risk of injury by crushing

Clean with a damp cloth, keep protected when not in use. This product is only for the private sector. Any commercial use is prohibited! No use as sports or fitness equipment!

Important instructions

  • Delivery without concrete slabs. We recommend the use for of concrete slabs in the size of 40 x 40 x 4 cm, 45 x 45 x 4 cm or 50 x 50 x 4 cm to weigh down the cross stand. Minimum stand weight: approx. 50 kg

Storage

  • All sunshade and floor stand components must be stored in a dry and frost-free location during long periods of non-use and over the winter months

Cleansing

Please use a soft brush and a bit of soapy water to clean the cover fabric. You can find information about cleaning the canopy material on the label sewn onto the canopy. Clean up the frame components with a mild detergent. Please use only soft, moist cloth or sponge, no scratching or strong tools, to avoid damage on the surface.

  • Select ideal location for assembling. Set out all parts on a clear and level surface prior to assembly. Ideally, the product should be set up in the desired location to avoid moving it after assembly.
  • Use caution. During the process of assembling, especially when lifting heavy or large parts, pay attention to safety. No one other than those assistants should be allowed in the work area.
  • Check all parts available. Before assembling your product, make sure that you have all the parts described in the Parts List.
  • Keep children away. Children shouldn’t be allowed in the work area. Do not let them handle parts and tools. Do not allow children to climb on when it is in use.
  • It is also recommended to store and secure the products during inclement or stormy weather or remove them completely.
  • If after some time small rust spots occur on your product, that mostly only will be surface rust on parts of steel tubes. This rust can be quickly and easily removed and covered by using some usual paint.
  • Carefully remove all packaging material and dispose of it according to type. Should you wish to dispose of the product after a long period of use, please observe the local regulations regarding the disposal of the different materials of the product.
