- Electric drill-driver or impact wrench

- 1″hole saw
- Hack saw blade or sharp knife
- 3/8″ and/or 1/4″ drive ratchet
- 10mm socket and wrench
- 9/16″ wrench
- Drill bits: 1/8″, 3/8″
- Level
- Carpenter’s square
WARNING
- Keep away from children when installing Because we need to use screws in the assembly of our products.
- Different accessories assemblies require different types of screws. Please use our included mounting parts.
- If you are not sure what type of screws or accessories to use. please contact a professional installer.

INSTALLATION STEPS
- Step 1
- Mount the mesh screens to the door panel and passenger panel.
- Step 2-one method
- Attach the left and right panels to the center door panel by using M6-1.0 x 16mm Bolts. M6 x 1.0 Nylon Lock Nuts, and Flat Washers. (This way is designed to fix the bulkhead).
- Step 2 The other method
- Use M5 bolts and nuts to fix the hinges to connect the center door panel with the left or right panel. This way is designed to open or close the center door panel freely).
- Step 3
- Assemble the Door Pocket to the cab side of the Door Panel using M8 bolts and nuts.
- Step 4
- Attach the Header Panel using M6-1.0 x 16mm Bolts, M6 x 1.0 Nylon Lock Nuts, and Flat Washers.
- Step 5-One method
- Fix the whole header panel to the van shelves by using M6-1.0 × 30mm bolts.
- Fix the whole header panel to the van shelves by using M6-1.0 × 30mm bolts.
- Step 5-The other method
- Fix the left and right panels to the van shelves separately
- Step 6
- Fix the header panel to the van roof by using M6 self-drilling screws.
- Step 8
- Finally, re-check all fasteners and tighten them.
