Installation Procedure:

1. Remove contents from the box and verify all parts are present.
2. Read instructions carefully before starting installation.
3. Factory-installed or aftermarket rock rails, side steps, or running boards must be removed before proceeding.

REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION. FACTORY INSTALLED OR AFTERMARKET “ROCK RAILS,” SIDE STEPS OR RUNNING BOARDS MUST BE REMOVED.

1. Start installation toward the front of the passenger/right side of the vehicle. Locate the (2) factory holes in the pinch weld closest to the front tire opening, (Figure 1). NOTE: There are (4) pairs of holes along the bottom of the body, (pinch weld). Installation will use the front, #2 and rear pairs of holes only, (Figure 1).
2. Select (1) 6mm Double Bolt Plate. Insert the Bolt Plate through the holes from outside of the pinch weld. Select the passenger/front Support Bracket, (Figure 2). Attach the Support Bracket to the Double Bolt Plate and back of the pinch weld with (2) 6mm Flat Washers and (2) 6mm Nylon Lock Nuts. Do not fully tighten hardware.
3. Select the passenger/right front Mounting Bracket, (Figure 3). IMPORTANT: Mounting Brackets and Support Brackets look very similar but are unique. Use Figure 3 to properly identify all Mounting Brackets.
4. Locate the factory threaded mounting hole in the bottom of the floor, (Figure 4). Attach the top of the passenger/right Front Bracket to the threaded hole in the bottom of the floor panel with the included (1) 8mm x 35mm Hex Bolt, (1) 8mm Lock Washer and (1) 8mm Flat Washer, (Figure 5). Leave hardware loose at this time.
5. Attach the tab on the Support Bracket to the rear facing side of the Front Bracket with (1) 10mm x 30mm Hex Bolt, (2) 10mm x 20mm Small Flat Washers and (1) 10mm Nylon Lock Nut,(Figure 6). Leave hardware loose at this time.
6. Move to the #2, (center), mounting location, (Figure 1). Select the passenger/right Center Support Bracket and Center Mounting Bracket, (Figure 7). Repeat Steps 1—5 to install the Brackets, (Figures 7—10). NOTE: The center Mounting Bracket features a cut off corner on the top mount and a hole in the plate for identification purposes, (Figure 3).
7. Move to the last mounting location toward the rear of the cab, (Figure 1). Select the passenger/right rear Support Bracket and Mounting Bracket, (Figure 3). Repeat Step 1—6 to install the passenger/right rear Brackets, (Figures 11—
8. NOTE: The rear Support Bracket features a square hole in the mounting tab for identification purposes, (Figure 11).
9. Select the passenger/right Running Board. With assistance, carefully line up the mounting tabs on the Running Board with the rear facing side of the installed Mounting Brackets. Attach the Running Board to the Brackets with the included (6) 10mm x 35mm Hex Bolts, (12) 10mm x 27mm STD Flat Washers and (6) 10mm Nylon Lock Nuts, (Figures 15 & 16). Do not tighten hardware at this time.
10. Adjust and level the Running Board and fully tighten all hardware.
11. Repeat Steps 1—9 for driver/left Running Board installation.
12. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.

To protect your investment, Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could damage the finish. Mild soap may be used to clean the Running Board.
