Installation Instructions

1. FRONT INSTALL ONLY
   Draw a centre line to align the template, and ensure the line is square on the surface and correct orientation.

2. Use a drilling template to drill a ø32mm (1 1/4”) hole.

3. FRONT INSTALL ONLY
   Drill 2 pilot holes for the front fit bezel.

4. Feed the barrel through the gasket and hole.

5. REAR INSTALL ONLY
   Tighten the lock ring onto the product until secure.

   • FRONT INSTALL ONLY
     Apply silicone seal on fixings and pilot holes. Place the front fit bezel over the charger and fix the bezel in place. Make sure the bezel orientation is correct.

6. Connect to 12/24V supply, ensuring a waterproof connection. Fuse and select cable diameter according to the input voltage and current for your specific installation.

• When used in high ambient temperatures or direct sunlight, the product may turn off temporarily, this is a safety feature of the electronics.

• The IP protection rating is only valid if the installation is carried out correctly according to the instructions and on a perfectly flat, smooth and non-porous surface.

• When choosing a mounting location, avoid areas exposed to heat radiation devices and areas with poor ventilation.

• Professional electrician installation is recommended, see Technical Information for power requirements.
• To achieve maximum power output, the specified voltage must be at the charger. Battery performance and voltage drop need to be considered for installation.
