Advice on Use of Vertical Wireless Chargers

  1. Mobile phone cases made of metal are not allowed for wireless charging.
  2. Please contact customer service if the temperature of the charging phone is over 60 (140oF). Because the heat is created while charging.
  3. Please remove your mobile phone case while charging to improve the charging efficiency and cool the device.
    • Under the principle of magnetic induction coil, barriers and distance over 6mm between the phone and the charger will reduce the charging efficiency and increase heat.
  4. The wireless charger stand will reduce the charging power or cut off the power automatically and work again after the temperature is lower than 60oC (140oF). Because the temperature of wireless chargers and mobile phones goes up with the time of charging.
