Product Information

The CNC Hydraulic Vice Model HP 200 V offers mechanical-hydraulic clamping with a high clamping force hold-down system. It is constructed with high- strength nodular cast iron with a tensile strength of 600 N/mm2. The guideways are hardened and ground with a hardness of 45 HRC, and the clamping jaws are also hardened, ground, and interchangeable. The vice provides excellent positioning accuracy of 0.02 mm and parallelism of 0.015 mm. It offers high clamping repeatability and can be used both vertically and horizontally. Additionally, it features a spindle cover to protect against chips and dirt.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Setup
Place the CNC Hydraulic Vice securely on a stable work surface.

  2. Adjusting Clamping Width
Use the chuck jaw width adjustment to set the desired clamping width according to your workpiece.

  3. Clamping Process
Insert the workpiece between the clamping jaws and tighten the vice using the hydraulic mechanism until securely held.

  4. Releasing the Workpiece
To release the workpiece, loosen the vice using the hydraulic release mechanism.
