Output air pressure is pre-set at the factory

  * Clean air
  * No oil
  * No moisture
  * 100-130 PSI
  * 6.6 CFM recommended
  1. Connect to input power

    • Generator OK with continuous output > 5,000 W (120V) or 10,000 W (240V)
    • Extension cord: #12 AWG (120V) or #8 AWG (240V) or larger. 25’ (8m) or shorter extension cords recommended
  2. Drag tip on workpiece

Fault Code F01 Duty cycle exceeded

Fault Code F02 Input power outside of acceptable range

Verify power source is 240 (or 120) VAC +/- 10%

Fault Code F03 Consumables not in place properly

Check consumable assembly. Tighten cup. See manual.

Fault Code F04 Input air pressure outside of acceptable range

Ensure air input meets pressure and flow requirements. See manual.
