1. Read user manual

2. Connect to input air

Output air pressure is pre-set at the factory

  * Clean air
  * No oil
  * No moisture
  * 100-130 PSI
  * 6.6 CFM recommended

3. Connect to input power

   • Generator OK with continuous output > 5,000 W (120V) or 10,000 W (240V)
   • Extension cord: #12 AWG (120V) or #8 AWG (240V) or larger. 25’ (8m) or shorter extension cords recommended

4. Drag tip on workpiece
   

NOTE: Correct consumable assembly

OPERATING TIPS

• Travel speed
  
  Too fast.Watch spark trail angle.

• Cutting capability
  
  Will cut clean up to
  120V: 1/4” (6,4mm)
  240V: 7/8” (22mm)
  

• Replace worn consumables
  
  

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Fault Code F01 Duty cycle exceeded

Allow machine to cool. See manual.

Fault Code F02 Input power outside of acceptable range

Verify power source is 240 (or 120) VAC +/- 10%

Fault Code F03 Consumables not in place properly

Check consumable assembly. Tighten cup. See manual.

Fault Code F04 Input air pressure outside of acceptable range

Ensure air input meets pressure and flow requirements. See manual.
