Product Usage Instructions
Installation Notes:
- Front Still Panel Removal:
- Remove and retain 2 screws from the side of the plastic still on the front and back.
- Remove the 8 plugs on the bottom of the still moulding, 2 clips and 2 screws from the still moulding.
- Push the Still Moulding towards the front of the vehicle to release from the rear wheel arch moulding, then pull the still molding rearward and clear of the vehicle.
- Align the rock slider with the plastic panel and mark the placement of the rock slider gussets on the plastic panel.
- Install the anchor bolts into the still section of the vehicle. Insert the long side through the hole first followed by the short side.
- Pull down so the mating surfaces of the anchor plate and sill are flush.
- Install a Bolt retainer clip on the threads of the anchor bolt near the top of the bolt with the end facing outwards of the vehicle.
- Use a floor jack and place the rock slider in the middle of jack.
- Loosely install the M10 Flange nuts & washers once all bolts are lined up.
- Start tightening the M10 bolts. Remove the retainer clip before completely tightening.

INSTALLATION NOTES
- Inspect the contents of the kit and read the entire instructions before proceeding.
- We recommend this installation be performed by a qualified technician
- Torque all hardware to factory specifications
- We recommend using red Loctite on all bolts
Front Still Panel Removal
- Remove and retain 2 x screw from the side of the plastic still on the front and back.
- Remove the 8 x plugs (1) on the bottom of the still molding, 2 x clips (2) and 2 x screws (4) from the still moulding.
- Push Still Moulding towards the front of the vehicle to release form the rear wheel arch moulding, then pull the still moulding rearward and clear of the vehicle.
- Once the Sill Moulding is removed, align the rock slider with the plastic panel and mark the placement of the rock slider gussets on the plastic panel. The gussets have a weld in rectangle on the top edge. See picture. We will trim this later in the installation.
- Install the anchor bolls into still section of the vehicle. Insert the long side through the hole first followed by short side. Rotate bolt to orientation shown below (3) . Orientation of 3rd bolt from front is critical for correct side step fitment. (4)
- Pull down so mating surfaces of anchor plate and sill are flush
- Install Bolt retainer clip on the threads of the anchor bolt near the top of the bolt with the end facing outwards of the vehicle. (This clip helps prevents the anchor bolt from being pushed in all the way.
- Use a floor jack and place the rock slider in the middle of jack.
- Slowly raise the floor jack and align the bolts with the opening holes. Use the retainer clips to help move the bolts around. (use caution when installing to not push the anchor bolts in. – otherwise you will need to use a magnet and lots of patience to remove the anchor bolt lost in the sill.
- Once all the bolts are lined up, loosely install the M10 Flange nuts & washers.
- Once all the nuts are installed you can start tightening the M10 bolts. Remove the retainer clip before you completely tighten. You will reuse the retainer clips for the other side.
- Align the rock sliders against the inside pinch weld and start to tighten. Check for any interference with the plastic door panels. Tighten to 45 ft/lbs.
- Trim the plastic still panels using the marks you made in the previous step. Slits should be about 3/8” of an inch wide to clear the rock slider gussets.
- Reinstall the plastic sill using the plastic clips and 2x screws.
