INSTRUCTION

WARNING

  •  This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must never play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must never be carried out by children without supervision.
  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  • Keep the appliance and the cable cord out of the reach of children less than 8 years old.
  • In order to ensure your children‘s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
  •  If the supply cord is damaged it must be repaired by the Authorized Service Agent in order to avoid hazards.
  • Never pull on the cord when unplugging.
  •  Do not use the unit with a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working properly.
  •  Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
  • Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
  •  Make sure the appliance has been unplugged before cleaning.
  •  This appliance must be installed following the national regulations for electrical installations.

  • This appliance is designed to process normal household quantities.
  • Short-time operating. Use the appliance for no longer than 1 minute and don’t operate hard food for no longer than 15 seconds.
  • Pressing the switch I, you can implement the speed control to fit the speed you need. But switch II is immutable.
  • Always unplug blender if left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
  • If not used properly someone might get hurt.
  • You will need to take care when handling sharp blades, empty the container or during cleaning.

BEFORE FIRST USE

  • Thoroughly clean the parts that come into contact with food before you use the appliance for the first time
  • Let hot ingredients cool down before you chop them, blend them or pour them into the beaker (max. temperature 80°C).
  • Cut large ingredients into pieces of approximately 2 cm before you process them.
  • Assemble the appliance properly before you put the plug in the wall socket.

USING THE APPLIANCE

  • The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise as well as for mixing and milkshakes.
  •  Insert the blender stick onto the motorunit until it locks.
  • Introduce the hand blender in the vessel, then transfer inching switch and press the switch to operate it. Press the switchⅠor switchⅡ to operate it.
  •  Use the hand blender for no longer than 1 minute.
  •  Caution: the blade is very sharp!
  •  Caution: Don’t operate dry food, the accessory chopper is designed for it!

HOW TO USE THE CHOPPER

  • Chopper is perfectly suited for hard food, such as chopping meat, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes etc.
  •  Don’t chop extremely hard food, such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee beans and grains.

Before chopping…

  •  Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade. Caution: the blade is very sharp! Always hold it by the upper plastic part.
  •  Place the blade on the center pin of the chopper bowl. Press down the blade and lock bowl. Always place the chopper bowl on the anti-slip base.
  •  Place the food in the chopper bowl.
  •  Place the chopping bowl lid on the chopper bowl.
  •  Turn the motor unit on the chopping bowl lid until it locks.
  •  Then transfer inching switch and Press switchⅠor switchⅡ to operate the chopper. During processing, hold the motor unit with on hand and the chopper bowl the other.
  •  After use, turn the motor unit off the chopping bowl lid.
  •  Then remove the chopping bowl lid. Carefully take out the blade.
  •  Carefully take out the blade.
  •  Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl.
  • Don’t operate hard food for no longer than 10 seconds

HOW TO USE THE WHISK

  • Use the whisk only for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing sponges and Ready-mix desserts.
  •  Inset the whisk into the whisk holder, and then turn the gear box on the motor unit until it locks.
  • Place the whisk in a vessel and then transfer inching switch and press the switchⅠor switchⅡ to operate it.
  •  Use the whisk for no longer than 2 minute.
  •  Turn the gear box off the motor unit after use. Then pull the whisk out of the gear box.

CLEANING

  • Cleaning the motor unit and chopping bowl lid only with a damp cloth only.
  • Do not immerse the motor unit in water!
  •  The chopper and the whisk can be cleaned in the dish washer. However, after processing very salty food, you should rinse the blades right away.
  •  Also, be careful not to use an overdose of cleaner or decalcified in your dishwasher.
  •  When processing food with color, the plastic parts of the appliance may become discolored wipe these parts with vegetable oil before placing them in the dishwasher.
  •  The blades are very sharp, please attention.
  •  Unplug the appliance before cleaning.

Disposal of old electrical appliances.

The European directive 2012/19/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream.
