Product Usage Instructions

• Installation:

  • Centre punch or mark the mounting holes with a marker (4 holes).
  • Install the mounting brackets (LH/RH) securely using appropriate tools.

2019+ TOYOTA RAV4 REAR CARGO RACK Bill of Materials

• 2 MOUNTING BRACKETS ( LH / RH )
• 1 CARGO RACK
• 4 ¼-20 Rubber Well Nuts
• 6 ¼-20 X ½ STAINLESS BUTTON HEAD CAP SCREWS.
• 4 ¼-20 X 1-1/8 STAINLESS BUTTON HEAD CAP SCREWS.

INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION NOTES:

• Inspect the contents of the kit and read the entire instructions before proceeding.
• We recommend this installation be performed by a qualified technician
• Torque all hardware to factory specifications
• We recommend using red Loctite on all bolts

1. Assemble the Cargo Rack. Bolt-on the side mounting brackets using the ¼-20 x ½” Button Head screws. The cargo rack sits on top of the mounting brackets.
2. Test fit and align the cargo rack into the vehicle, Adjust as necessary.
3. Centre punch or mark the mounting holes with a marker (4 holes)
4. Remove the Cargo rack. Drill a small pilot hole first then use a ½” drill bit.
5. Install the ¼” Rubber Well Nuts.
6. Reinstall the Cargo Rack and use the ¼-20 x 1-1/8” Button Head Screw to attach the cargo rack.
