5. Do not use this feeder outside or in the bathroom. The feeder should be positioned at least one meter away from the pool.
6. Do not place the feeder on wet ground or expose it to rain or snow.Do not touch the feeder power device with wet hands.
7. Do not use power cables or plugs with damaged links. If the power cable is damaged, contact your supplier or the manufacturer’s after-sales maintenance department immediately to replace the power cable with a new one to avoid damage.
8. Hold the charging device by hand and do not drag the power cord when unplugging the charging device. Do not use an extension cable for power supply.
9. Fall warning! Do not place food on small tables or other places.
10. Please move the feeder carefully to prevent dropping, bumping, rubbing or other damage. If the feeder is found broken, cracked, deformed, or corroded, stop using it immediately.
11. The seed feeder must provide a safe low voltage rating that meets its requirements.
12. Keep the feeder on a counter which is far away from heat source, fire or other high temperature.
13. Persons by persons may not disassemble, modify or repair this feeder; otherwise, all warranty and service rights will be forfeit.

Two kinds of power supply

Plug-in service

1. Insert the power cable into the power socket.
2. Connect the adapter plug to the socket.

Battery powered
Open the battery cover and put 4 alkaline batteries No.5 into the battery bin (pay attention to the positive and negative terminals).

• Batteries must be purchased by oneself;
• When plugged in, it can also be loaded into the battery for backup. After power failure, the battery mode will be automatically switched. The device still supplies food as planned, but it does not support APP remote control.

Open the lid and add grain

Push the lid slip and lift up to open.

Put in the desiccant
Remove the desiccant from the plastic packaging and place it in the desiccant box.

Add pet food
Can hold up to 4 liters, do not use large particles freeze-dried, to avoid clogging.

(The maximum support is 121212mm freeze-drying, do not use more than the size.)

Remote control of food production

This product can be controlled by the “Tuya Smart” APP

1. Search for “Tuya Smart” in the mobile app store to down load and install.
2. Keep WI-FI and Bluetooth enabled on your phone — the blue light flashes and drops 3 seconds after you press the reset button — open the APP and click on the upper right corner to add devices — wait for automatic search and discovery of devices to add — enter the WI-FI password and wait for successful connection.
3. Due to APP upgrade or update, the actual operation may be slightly different from the above description. Please refer to the current APP guide for operation, or consult the official customer service.
   Pay attention! The device supports only 2.4G Wi-Fi band. Ensure that the router uses the 2.4g Wi-Fi band when connecting to the device.

Reset network

• If you need to replace the network, long press the function button for 3-5s.
• If the status indicator blinks blue, reconnect the connection using the APP.

Cleaning and maintenance

For a healthy pet diet, clean your feeder and food bowl regularly

Remove and install

• Bucket cover — push the slip button open and lift upward;

• Grain storage drum — take out counterclockwise rotation, install and lock clockwise rotation;

• Eating pelvic base – hold the base, pull out.

Cleaning mode

• Wipe: Only the surface of the product can be wiped clean, do not wash.
• Washing: can be washed by flushing or soaking.

Note:

1. Disconnect the power supply before disassembling and cleaning.
2. Be sure to let dry before installing.
3. The feeder base contains electronic components, please use a dry rag to wipe, do not immerse liquid! Not dishwasher safe!
4. When the machine is running, it is forbidden to put your hand or foreign body into the food outlet and the storage bucket.
5. If the machine is not in use for a long time, please turn off the power, unplug the adapter, take out the dry battery, take out the remaining food in the grain storage bucket, and clean the grain bucket.
