SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Do not exceed the maximum load recommended by your vehicle manufacturer.
  • Once the air spring is installed it is recommended that the vehicle not be lifted by the frame, as over-extension may occur, resulting in damage to the air spring. However if you need to raise the vehicle by the frame, deflate the air spring completely.
  • Employ equipment for eye protection during drilling operations.
  • Ensure that your air system has no pressure before you begin.

Do not inflate the air spring when it is unrestricted. The air spring must be restricted by the vehicle’s suspension or similar structure. Do not inflate beyond the pressure recommended in this manual. Improper use or over inflation may cause property damage or severe personal injury.

INSTALLING THE AIRLINE
