Product Usage Instructions

Installation

  1. STEP 1: Connecting the Glockenspiel Top
    Using eight (8) M8 set screws, connect the Glockenspiel top to the post securely.

  2. STEP 2: Attaching Mallets
    Attach mallets to the post using the V-bracket supplied and two (2) M6 set screws for each bracket.

  3. STEP 3: Preparing the Concrete
    Drill four (4) holes into the concrete, ensuring they are 1/2 inch deeper than the anchor will penetrate. Make sure to meet the minimum embedment requirements and clean out the holes.

  4. STEP 4: Installing Anchor
    Hammer the bottom of the wedge anchor into the concrete, ensuring a tight fit for stability.

  5. STEP 5: Securing with Lock Nuts
    Using four (4) lock nuts and four (4) washers, tighten the nuts into the previously hammered anchors to secure the metallophone in place.

Metallophone Installation

  1. STEP: 1

  3. STEP: 3
    Drill four (4) holes into the concrete 1/2 inch deeper than the anchor will penetrate. Make sure that the minimum embedment requirements are met.
    Clean out the holes.

  4. STEP: 4
    Hammer the bottom of the wedge anchor into the concrete. Make sure this is a tight fit.

  5. STEP: 5
    Using four (4) lock nuts and four (4) washers, tighten the nuts into the previously hammered in anchors.
