GENERAL EXPLANATION OF YOUR ROLLATOR
USER GUIDE
A Prior to use please read all instructions.
We recommend you keep this User Guide in a safe place for future reference.
OVERVIEW
Box Contents and Inspection
carefully remove all components from the box and check items against the list
below. Any damaged or missing component should be reported to your authorized
dealer or manufacturer. Prior to use, remove all packaging and plastic
wrapping. Check the rollator
for any damage that may have occurred in transit paying particular attention
to:
- Any damage to the wheels, handles or frame.
- Damage to the seat or backrest.
- Any missing or loose screws or wheelnuts.
Intended Use
This rollator is designed primarily for general indoor and outdoor use as a
walking aid and a temporary seat. If used outside, it is recommended for
smooth or sealed surfaces. This rollator is not designed to be used as a
wheelchair. The maximum occupant weight of this rollator is 300 lbs. The
rollator should only be used and maintained in accordance with the
instructions in this User Guide.
SET UP
Unfold the Rollator
- Remove the protective covering from all four wheels. Remove cardboard from between the rear wheels and brake latches.
- Place the rollator on a stable surface.
- Unfold by spreading the frame while pushing down on the side braces, making sure each brace locks horizontally in place.
Attach the Shopping Bag
- Attach the side loops of the shopping bag into the designated protruding handles in front of the walker.
Check Brake Function
- When using the rollator as a walking aid, it is recommended both hands be placed firmly on the handles, with fingers curled around the brake levers so that the rollator can be stopped.
Adjust Handle Height
- Adjust the handle height by pushing the button and sliding the tube up or down. The height will adjust one hole at a time.
- Ensure that both handles are adjusted to the same height.
A Ideal Handle Height
A series of holes are placed 1 inch apart along the handle, allowing handle
height to be adJusted to suit the user Ideal handle height 1s set when the top
of the handle aligns with the user’s wrist.
OPERATION
Used As A Walking Aid
The ideal walking technique is to push the walker forward to a comfortable
arm’s length, then step in towards the walker, and repeat.
Used As A Temporary Seat
Before using the rollator as a temporary seat, ensure the rollator is parked
on a safe, level surface.
Ensure the brake lock is properly activated or serious injury may result.
Never use the seat with brakes in the unlocked position. Pushing yourself
around while seated in is strictly prohibited.
Serious injury or death could be caused by using the rollator as a wheelchair.
Operating the Brakes
- To stop the rollator, gently squeeze the brake levers until the rollator comes to a complete stop.
- The brakes should be locked whenever using the rollator as a temporary seat, or when leaving the rollator unattended.
- To lock the brakes, push down on the brake levers until they click. Always check the brake lock is activated before sitting on the seat.
- To release the brake lock, pull up on the brake lever until the lock disengages. Never release the brake lock while sitting on the seat.
STORAGE & TRANSPORTATION
Removing the Shopping Bag
To remove the shopping bag, detach the side loops. Use the handles to lift out
the shopping bag.
Folding the Rollator
- To fold the translator, pull up firmly on the strap located on the seat.
- This will disengage the side braces and collapse the frame.
- Push the frame together for a compact fold.
SAFETY & MAINTENANCE
Do not use the rollator to transport a person while seated.
General Safety Precautions
- A risk assessment should always be carried out to ensure the product is suitable.
- Before use. the user should read these instructions and familiarize themselves with the rollator.
- Ensure all components are properly and securely installed. , Ensure the user has sufficient strength to safely operate and control the rollator and hand brakes.
- Brake must always be in the locked position while user is seated.
- Before sitting on the rollator ensure the brake locks are firmly applied.
- Do not release brakes until user is standing.
- Do not exceed the maximum recommended working load of 300 lbs evenly distributed.
- Avoid storing the rollator in direct sunlight; seat or parts exposed to sunlight will heat up and may cause injury to the skin.
- Do not place more than 10 lbs of shopping or other items into the designated shopping bag.
- Use only on designated footpaths or walkways; do not use on roads, streets or highways.
- Do not use the rollator on any incline greater than 9 degrees, or on a slope with water, ice or snow covering.
- Use caution when traversing curbs or obstacles as this may cause the rollator to tip over and cause bodily harm or damage to the translator or the user.
- Regularly check the rollator for damage and wear, paying special attention to the workings of the brakes and the condition of the wheels. If the rollator is damaged in any way, stop using the rollator immediately and contact your authorized dealer or the manufacturer.
- Check handle grips are secure and do not move.
- Check the brake levers are firm; if loose or worn they must be replaced before use.
- Check the efficiency of the braking system to ensure rear wheels do not move when the brakes are engaged or locked.
Regular Maintenance
A professional inspection of the rollator is recommended at least once a year.
Any service or repairs, especially to the brakes, must be performed by a
trained professional. Any unauthorized repairs or service may void your
warranty.
CLEANING
A Do not use high-pressure cleaners, steam cleaners or harsh, caustic chemicals for cleaning.
Frame
- Wipe the rollator frame with a damp cloth.
- For more stubborn dirt, use a mild detergent solution with warm water.
- Dry thoroughly before use to avoid corrosion.
- Clean the wheels using a damp brush with plastic bristles (do not use a wire brush or you may damage the rubber or painted finish).
Bag and Seat
- Regularly clean the padding materials using a mild detergent solution and warm water, or wash with alcohol-based disinfectants if necessary. , Dry thoroughly before use.
- Avoid contact with saltwater or pools with high levels of chlorination

WARRANTY
Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided against any factory defects in material
or workmanship of the walker frame.
One (1) year warranty against defective materials or workmanship on all other
components, assemblies and parts.
This warranty does not cover device failure due to misuse, negligence,
improper storage or handling, improper operation and unauthorized
modifications.
Normal wear and tear on hand grips, brake cables, wheels, and totes are not
covered under warranty. These items are subject to normal wear and need
periodic replacement and/or adjustment. Please see your dealer for periodic
evaluations of your walker.
It is recommended but not required that the walker be returned to the Lifestyle Mobility Aids dealer through whom it was originally purchased. However all Lifestyle Mobility Aids dealers are qualified to assist you in obtaining warranty service. If the walker is to be returned to Lifestyle Mobility Aids, prior authorization will be required.All Lifestyle Mobility Aids products are identified by a serial number at the time of manufacture.
