Product Usage Instructions

Set Up

• Using a flat head screwdriver or your finger, with some force, remove the cover on the left side of the rollator (facing front as the user). Refer to Figure 1.
• To insert two CR 2032 batteries (not included), unscrew the head of the light. Carefully remove the black ring, glass, and light bulb while paying attention to their assembly. Pull out the battery holder using the metal clip. Insert batteries into the black battery holder and reassemble the components.
• Place the light in the receptacle as shown in Figure 2.
• Adjust the light to face the desired direction.
• To turn the light on, press the green button located on the back of the light. See Figure 3.

• Q: How do I obtain warranty service for the product?

LIGHT HOLDER – 9ACO4

SET UP
Requires 2 CR 2032 batteries (not included).

1. Using a flat head screwdrive or your finger, using some force, remove the cover on the left side of the rollator (facing front as the user). Figure 1.
2. To insert two CR 2032 batteries (not included), unscrew head of light. Paying attention to how it goes back together, remove black ring, glass and light bulb. Pull the battery holder using the metal clip. Insert batteries in the black battery holder. Reassemble.
3. Place the light in the acceptable. Figure 2.
4. Adjust the light to face desired direction.
5. To turn the light on, press the green button on the back of the light. Figure 3.

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Rhythm Healthcare, LLC will determine if the product will be repaired or replaced.
