OXYGEN HOLDER – 9ACO5
Included: (2) x screw, (1) x allen wrench, (1) x bracket (attaches with screws), (1) x oxygen holder with velcro straps. Figure 1.
1. Place screws in the small bracket. Wrap oxgen holder around frame. While holding it in place, align bracket with screws so that the screws match up with the holes. While holding firmly in place use allen wrench to to tighen. See Figure 2.
2. Use velcro straps to hold oxygen in place. Before using, ensure that the rollator will stay stable while the oxygen is in place. If it does not seem stable do not use and consult your medical provider.

DO NOT assemble or use this equipment without first reading and understanding
this instruction sheet. If you are unable to understand the warnings, cautions
or instructions, contact a healthcare professional, dealer or technical
personnel before attempting to install this equipment- otherwise, injury or
damage may occur. Check ALL parts for shipping damage. If shipping damage is
noted, DO NOT use. Contact Carrier/Dealer for further instructions. Ensure
that ALL attaching hardware is securely assembled to the rollator before
operating the rollator with the Holder Accessory Kit. Follow the Oxygen
Cylinder manufacturers guidelines for proper usage of the oxygen cylinder.
One Year Limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover product failure due to misuse, negligence, improper storage or handling, improper operation or unauthorized modifications.
For Warranty Service, it is recommended but not required that the product be returned to the Rhythm Healthcare dealer through whom it was originally purchased. However, all Rhythm Healthcare Dealers are qualified to assist you in obtaining warranty service. If the product is to be returned to Rhythm Healthcare, prior authorization will be required.
In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Rhythm Healthcare will determine if the product will be repaired or replaced.
