SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Read all warnings posted on the equipment.
- Read this Owner’s Manual and follow it carefully before using the equipment.
- We recommend that two people be available for assembly of this product.
- Keep children and pets away from the equipment. Do not allow children and pets to use or play on the equipment.
- Make sure it is correctly assembled before start using it.
- Place the equipment in a dry area away from humid, saline or corrosive environments.
- Set up and operate the equipment on a solid-level surface. Do not position the equipment on loose rugs or uneven surfaces.
- Inspect the equipment for worn or loose components before each use.
- Replace any loose or worn components before using the equipment and/or keep the equipment out of service until it has been completely repaired.
- Do not wear loose or dangling clothing while using the equipment.
- Never exercise in bare feet or socks; always wear correct footwear, such as running, walking or cross-training shoes.
- Be careful to maintain your balance while using, mounting, dismounting, or assembling the equipment loss of balance may result in a fall and serious bodily injury.
- Keep both feet firmly and securely on the foot pedals or the band (in case of treadmills) while exercising.
- The equipment should not be used by persons weighing over 130 kg.
- The equipment should be used by only one person at a time.
- The equipment is for light commercial use.
- Make sure that adequate space is available for access to and passage around the equipment; keep at least a distance of 1 meter from any obstructing object while using the machine.
- Do the maintenance of the equipment indicated in this manual.
ATTENTION
Before starting any exercise or conditioning program you should consult
with your physician to see if you require a complete physical exam. If, at any
time during exercise, you feel faint, dizzy, or experiencing pain, stop and
consult your physician. Follow your physician’s recommendations in developing
your fitness program. Always choose the workout that best fits your physical
strength and flexibility level. Know your limits and train within them. Always
use common sense when exercising.

operation after the first 5 hours of use.

CONSOLE FUNCTION
BUTTON FUNCTIONS
DISPLAY FUNCTIONS
POWER ON
- Connect the power supply to the monitor or press the RESET button for 2 seconds, the LCD will display all segments with a long-beep sound for 2 seconds and display 78.0 below (FIGURE 1 & 2).
- The user may scroll the j o g dial to select User 1~4 and press ENTER for confirmation (FIGURE 3~4). And then preset user information for SEX, AGE, HEIGHT and WEIGHT. (FIGURE 4~7).
PROGRAMMING MODE
- Program selections are MANUAL PROGRAM USER PROGRAM H.R.C. WATT (FIGURE 8~12).
- Scroll the jog dial to select the program you want and press ENTER to confirm. Or press the START/STOP button to start MANUAL mode immediately.
QUICK START IN MANUAL
- Press ENTER to enter the MANUAL program, and the screen is blinking (FIGURE 13).
- Press START/STOP to start exercising. The resistance level is adjustable while exercising (FIGURE 14).
- The user can press START/ STOP to stop exercising.
MANUAL MODE
- After selecting the MANUAL mode (FIGURE 13), the user can use the UP/DOWN joggle wheel to increase or decrease the level (from 1 to 16) and press ENTER to confirm.
- The user may preset exercise data (TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, PULSE), and press START/STOP to start the exercise. Users can press RESET to return to the MANUAL setting
- The level is adjustable during training.
PROGRAM MODE
- After entering PROGRAM mode, the user can scroll the jog dial to select the program profile from P1 to P12, then press ENTER to confirm.
- The user can preset the TIME data and then press START/STOP to start the exercise.
- After starting training, TIME will be counted down. When the TIME is counted to 0, the screen is flashing and the alarm is ringing. Users can press any button to stop the alarm.
USER PROGRAM
- After entering USER PROGRAM mode, the first column of the profile is blinking (FIGURE 25). Users may scroll the jog dial to adjust the resistance level (FIGURE 26) to create his/her profile.
- After setting (from column 1 to column 20), the user may hold on to pressing the MODE button for 2 seconds to quit the profile setting and enter the TIME setting.
- While making the profile setting, the user can press RESET and return to the menu.
- After starting training (FIGURE 27~29), TIME will be counted down. When TIME is counted to 0, the screen is flashing and the alarm is ringing. Users can press any button to stop the alarm.
HEART RATE CONTROL
- After entering HEART RATE CONTROL mode, the screen will show heart rate percentages of 55%, 75%, 90% and TARGET. Users may select heart rate percentages by scrolling the jog dial for training.
- The user can preset the TIME data and then press START/ STOP to start the exercise.
- After starting training, TIME will be counted down. When the TIME is counted to 0, the screen is flashing and the alarm is ringing. Users can press any button to stop the alarm.
- If there is no HR input for 5 seconds, the LCD will display until HR signal input.
WATT CONSTANT

In standby mode, select WATT and press ENTER to enter.

The preset watt value of 120 is flashing on the screen, scroll the jog dial to set the target value from 10 to 350.

Press the START button to start training.

The user can preset the TIME data and then press START/STOP to start the exercise.

After starting training, TIME will be counted down. When the TIME is counted to 0, the screen is flashing and the alarm is ringing. Users can press any button to stop the alarm.

The watt value is adjustable during training. Users can turn the joggle wheel to adjust the Watt
according to the instructions:- Watt value > Setting value 25% — User should show down
- Watt value in the Setting value 25% —User should keep the same speed
- Watt value < Setting value 25% — User should ride faster
RECOVERY
After exercising for some time, keep holding on handgrips and press the
“RECOVERY” button. All function displays will stop except “TIME” starts
counting down from 00:60 to 00:00. The screen will display your heart rate
recovery status with the F1, F2….to F6. F1 is the best, and F6 is the worst.
Users may keep exercising to improve their heart rate recovery status. (Press
the RECOVERY button again to return the main display).
NOTE
- When the user stops pedalling for 4 minutes, the computer will enter into power save mode, and all settings and exercise data will be stored until the user starts the exercise again.
- This computer requires a 9V, 1A adaptor.
- When the computer acts abnormally, please plug out the adaptor and plug it in again.
STREAM THE WORKOUT
NOTICE
This console is equipped with a bluetooth interface. Please take note that
your mobile device needs to be compatible with the bluetooth interface
(bluetooth 4.0). To use training apps you will have to activate the bluetooth
function on your mobile device (tablet or smartphone) and start the fitness
app. Select your fitness equipment. Please follow the instructions given in
the app. You will find the name of your fitness equipment on a small sticker
on the back of the console.

MAINTENANCE
Dry and clean those areas exposed to perspiration. It is recommended to use
towels to avoid the sweat falling on the equipment. Dust and dirt may be the
cause of functioning problems in the gears and the internal bearings. It is
recommended keeping the equipment casing and its different elements clean.
ENVIRONMENTAL NOTE
The symbol with which is marked this unit (waste bin with wheels) indicates
that it cannot be thrown for any reason the domestic waste. When disposing of
the product should be taken to a proper recycling point. If properly disposed
of the product may be reused and recycled, and it will help to conserve
natural resources, preserve the environment and significantly reduce the
potential negative impact on our environment. For more information about the
return system, collection and recycling of these products contact your City
Council or the retailer.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Consult the warranty of this equipment on www.salter.es. It is essential to indicate the serial number of the equipment for repairs under warranty.
