Product Usage Instructions
Assembly Instructions:
WARNING: Ensure not to exceed recommended wattages for safe usage.
Installation Steps:
- Unsecure Canopy Nut(F) and Finial(G) from Mounting Plate(D).
- Open the Janitors from the Wiring Terminal(O).
- Insert the white/black wire into the hole of the Wiring Terminal(O) and close the Janitors.
Fixture Setup:
- Secure Bulb (not included) into Socket(Q).
- Place Glass Bottle(O) onto Socket(Q) and place Metal Cap(N) onto Glass Bottle(O).
- Secure Threaded Collar(I) into Lip(P) and secure Hexnut(H) into Threaded Collar(I) with Allen Wrench(J).
Grounding:
- Cross Power Cord(J) into Threaded Collar(I).
- Adjust the length of the power cord and install the Plastic Clip(K) into the Power Cord(L) as shown (Must Install).
- Secure Hexnut(H) into Threaded Collar(I) with Allen Wrench(J).
Final Assembly:
- Place Canopy(E) on the lip of Mounting Plate(D) and secure with Canopy Nut(F) and Finial(G).

WARNING:
- It is strongly suggested that all hardwired fixtures be installed by a professional electrician.
- To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shocks or personal injuries, always turn off the light fixture and let it cool before replacing the light bulbs.
- Do not touch the bulb when fixture is turned on; do not look directly at a lit bulb.
- Keep flammable materials away from a lit bulb.
- Shut off all the main electrical supply from the fuse box/circuit breaker.
- Use E26 TYPE A CFL 10W, LED 6W bulb types and wattages. Do not exceed recommended wattages.

INSTALLATION
- STEP 1:
1. Unsecure Canopy Nut(F), Finial(G) from Mounting Plate(D).- STEP 2:
1. Secure Bulb(not included) into Socket(Q).
2. Place Glass Bottle(O) onto Socket(Q) and place Metal Cap(N) onto Glass Bottle(O). Secure Threaded Collar(I) into Lip(P) and secure Hexnut(H) into Threaded Collar(I) with Allen Wrench(J).- STEP 3:
1. Cross Power Cord(J) into Threaded Collar(I).
2. Adjust the length of power cord and install Plastic Clip(K) into Power Cord(L) as is shown.(Must Install)
3. Secure Hexnut(H) into Threaded Collar(I) with Allen Wrench(J).- STEP 4:
1. Open the Janitors from Wiring Terminal(O).
2. Insert the white/black wire into the hole of Wiring Terminal(O), then close the Janitors.- STEP 4:
1. Gently pull the wire in the ceiling junction box and let the wire hang.
2. Attach Mounting Plate (D) to the junction box.
3. Secure the Mounting Plate (D) by tightening 2 mounting secrew (C) with a screwdriver.- STEP 5:
- Connect the white wire of the fixture to the white wire of the supply circuit. Connect the black wire of the fixture to the black wire of the supply circuit. Connect the Ground fixture wire with the Ground J-Box wire, with the Wire Connector(A).
- STEP 6:
- Place Canopy(E) on the lip of Mounting Plate(D) and secure with Canopy Nut(F) and finial (G).
