Product Usage Instructions
Bulb Installation
Secure the bulb (not included) into the socket (O).
Assembly
- Place the glass bottle (M) onto the socket (O).
- Put the metal cap (L) onto the glass bottle (M).
- Secure the threaded collar (I) into the lip (N).
- Secure the hex nut (H) into the threaded collar (I) using the Allen wrench (G).

Assembly Instructions
WARNING:
- It is strongly suggested that all hardwired fixtures be installed by a professional electrician.
- To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shocks, or personal injuries, always turn off the light fixture and let it cool before replacing the light bulbs.
- Do not touch the bulb when the fixture is turned on; do not look directly at a lit bulb.
- Keep flammable materials away from a lit bulb.
- Shut off all the main electrical supply from the fuse box/circuit breaker
- Use E26 TYPE A CFL 10W, LED 6W bulb types and wattages. Do not exceed the recommended wattage

Hardware enclosed
- Step 1: Unscrew the Canopy Nuts(F) from the Mounting Plate(D).
- Step 2:
- Secure Bulb(not included) into Socket(O).
- Place Glass Bottle(M) onto Socket(O) and place Metal Cap(L) onto Glass Bottle(M). Secure Threaded Collar(1) into Lip(N) and secure Hexnut(H) into Threaded Collar(1) with Allen Wrench(G).
- Step 3:
- Cross the Power Cord(J) into the Threaded Collar(I) and Canopy(E), then adjust the right length of the power cord.
- Use Allen Wrench(G) to secure Hexnut(H).cross Power Cord(J) into Plastic clip(K) for pulling resistant
- Step4:
- Gently pull the existing wire down from the ceiling junction box and allow the wires to hang.
- Attach Mounting Plate (D) to the ceiling outlet box.
- Secure the Mounting Plate (D) by tightening 2 mounting secrew (C) with a screwdriver.
- Step5:
- Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white wire of the supply circuit. Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black wire of the supply circuit.
- Step 6:
- Place the canopy (A) against the mounting surface, and secure the Canopy Nut(F).
