HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
To reduce the risk of personal injury or property damage when using electrical
appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the
following:

Read all instructions before using the Food Chopper.
-
Ensure the rated voltage shown on the rating label corresponds with the
voltage of the power supply. -
Always place and operate the appliance on an even, stable, clean, and dry
surface. -
Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
-
Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch hot
surfaces. -
To protect against fire, do not operate the appliance in the presence of
explosive and/or flammable fumes. -
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children,
including this Food Chopper. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the appliance. -
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless
they are provided with supervision and instructions concerning the use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Do not operate the appliance
with a damaged cord or plug or in the event the appliance malfunctions or has been
damaged in any manner. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. In case of
malfunction, repairs are to be conducted by qualified personnel only. -
The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or
separate remote-control system. -
The use of accessory attachments not recommended or sold by the appliance
manufacturer may cause injuries or damage the product. -
To protect against the risk of electrical shock, never put the cord, plug, or base in
water or other liquids. -
Make sure the appliance is cleaned thoroughly before using it.

Turn the appliance OFF and then unplug from the outlet when not in use, before
assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp the plug
and pull from the outlet. Never pull from the power cord. -
Always assemble the appliance completely before plugging it into an electrical
outlet. -
The appliance will not operate unless properly assembled.

Always secure the Bowl onto the Base before attaching the blade.
-
To enable operation, always ensure the Lid is securely locked in place.
-
Make sure the motor has completely stopped before removing the Lid.
-
The blades on this appliance are sharp. Never allow fingers, hair, or clothing to
come into contact with the blade. Use great care when handling the blade and avoid
touching the sharp edges of the blade. Use protective gloves if necessary. Store the
blade safely. -
Be careful to prevent the Blade from falling out of the Bowl when emptying
the Bowl. Remove it before tilting the Bowl. -
Do not leave the appliance unattended when plugged in.

Avoid coming into contact with moving parts. Keep hands, spatulas, and other
utensils away from moving blade while processing food to prevent the
possibility of severe personal injury or damage to the Food Chopper. -
Do not run the appliance continuously for more than 30 seconds. After Chopping
continuously for 30 seconds, allow the appliance to rest for atleast one minute
before resuming. -
Do not fill the Bowl above the marked ‘1.5-Cup’ level to allow room for processing.

Never remove the Lid while the appliance is operating.

Do not move the Food Chopper while in operation.
-
Do not operate the appliance with an empty bowl.
-
If the blade gets clogged, switch off, allow the appliance to stop, and unplug from
the mains before clearing the obstruction. -
Do not attempt to defeat the cover interlock mechanism.
-
Store the appliance away from direct sunlight.
-
This appliance is intended for processing small amounts of food; it is not intended to
prepare large amounts of food at one time. -
Do not crush ice in the processing bowl. This will cause damage to the blade. We
recommend that you use a blender for ice crushing. -
Do not process food containing hard objects such as meat containing bones or
fruits with large hard stones, which cannot be safely broken up. -
Do not use outdoors or for commercial purposes or industrial use.

Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.

DESCRIPTION OF PARTS
BEFORE FIRST USE
-
Remove product parts from packaging and disassemble. To remove the Container
Bowl from the Base, turn Container Bowl counterclockwise.
NOTE: Container Bowl may be slightly difficult to remove when product is new. To aid
removal, place the Base onto its side on a soft surface and then turn Container Bowl
firmly to remove. -
Thoroughly wash the Cover, the Container Bowl, and the Blades in warm, soapy
water. Rinse and let dry.
TO ASSEMBLE
WARNING: Ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet
before
assembling it. Handle the Blades with care as they are extremely sharp. Use
caution
when attaching, detaching, cleaning, or storing the Blades.
- Ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet.
- Place the Base on a flat, level, stable surface.
- Insert the Container Bowl over the Metal Shaft and turn the Container Bowl
clockwise until the Safety Latches of the Container Bowl lock to the Base
(preventing the Container Bowl from detaching).
4. Attach the Blades by holding the plastic shaft end (end opposite of the
Blades) and inserting the Blade shaft over the center column of the Container
Bowl until secure.
5. Attach the Cover after inserting the food into the Container Bowl.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Cover must be securely locked into its position before the
food processor will operate. When properly locked, the arrow inscribed on the
Cover handle must align with the arrow inscribed on the Base (near the
On/Pulse Button).
TO USE
NOTICE: Do not process raw meat, cheese, coffee beans, or whole squares of chocolate in this product, as product damage could result.

Cut the food into small pieces, as needed.
NOTE: Hard vegetables, such as raw carrots, may require splitting and/or quartering in order to allow smooth operation and movement of the Blades. -
Place the food into the Container Bowl. Do not fill past the maximum capacity of 1½ cups.
-
Attach and gently secure the Cover onto the Container Bowl (reference the “To Assemble” section).
-
Plug the product into a standard 110-120 volt AC electrical outlet.
-
Press the On/Pulse Button to begin processing the food.
-
To stop processing, release the On/Pulse Button.
-
Wait until the Blades and Metal Shaft have completely stopped before removing the Cover or any contents.
-
Unplug the product from the electrical outlet when it is not in use or is left unattended.
WARNING: Overfilling the Container Bowl could cause spillage, resulting
in serious
burns and/or property/product damage.
Tips:
-
For liquid ingredients, place a maximum volume of ¾ cup when filling the Container Bowl.
-
For better processing control, briefly press the On/Pulse Button and then release.
-
To make bread crumbs, break the bread into pieces before placing them into the food
processor. -
To use cracker or cookie crumbs as recipe ingredients or in pie crusts, break them
into pieces before placing them into the food processor. -
To chop vegetables (e.g., carrots, celery, mushrooms, green peppers, onions): cut
the vegetables into 1” (approx. 2½ cm) chunks before processing them in the
Container Bowl. This will allow more consistent chopping of the vegetables. -
Use the mini chopper to mince parsley, basil, chives, or garlic.

Use the mini chopper to puree small amounts of cooked fruits or vegetables for baby
food or as bases for sauces or soups.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING: To avoid the risk of electric shock, always ensure the product
is unplugged
from the electrical outlet before assembling, disassembling, relocating,
servicing, or
cleaning it.
WARNING: Handle the Blades with care as they are extremely sharp. Use
caution when
attaching, detaching, cleaning, or storing the Blades.

Always clean the product immediately after each use.
-
Wash the Cover, Container Bowl, and the Blades in warm, soapy water; rinse and let dry.
-
Clean the Base by wiping it with a damp cloth. To avoid product damage, do not immerse
the Base into water or other liquids. -
To avoid damage to the product, do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to
clean the product parts. -
Reassemble the product before placing it into storage. (Reference the “To Assemble” section.)

Store the product in a cool, dry place.

Proper disposal of this product.
This label indicates that, in the EU, electronic devices cannot be disposed of
with regular household waste.
