Charging the Mouse
- Insert the USB-C port into the mouse’s charging port and the USB-A port into a computer or power supply.
- The mouse will be charged automatically, indicating its charging status with the LED.
Switching Modes

System compatibility
USB port (receiver, charging cable) is compatible with Windows 7 or later
systems. Note: HECATE Connect is only compatible with WIN systems and dose
not support Mac systems.
Installation of the customization software
- Please log in HECATE home page website: www.hecategaming.com to download software of G3M PRO, find the “setup.exe” file, and install the HECATE software;
- Please follow the instructions to complete the installation.
- Customize your mouse via the HECATE Connect software, which includes programmable buttons, performance settings, indicator light color and more.

These are the default settings, and you can customize the DPI and its indicator light color via the HECATE Connect software. Once set, the default values will be overwritten. If you wish to resume the default values, please perform the “Restore factory settings” function in the software.
Connection method
Connection with the charging cable
- Insert the USB-C port into the mouse’s charging port and the USB-A port into a computer or other power supply devices, and the mouse will be charged automatically.
- In this situation, the mouse is in wired mode.
Mode switch
- Press and hold the scroll wheel and back button simultaneously for over 3s.
- Blue LED blinks slowly for Bluetooth mode; Yellow LED blinks slowly for 2.4GHz mode. Note: In wireless mode, the mouse will switch to wired mode when the charging cable is plugged in and the mode switch buttons does not work at this moment.
- Once the charging cable is unplugged, the mouse will revert to the previous mode.
Pairing

Press and hold the left-click button, scroll wheel and right-click button simultaneously for 3s.

Blue LED blinks rapidly during Bluetooth pairing;
Yellow LED blinks rapidly during 2.4GHz pairing. -
Please proceed to perform Bluetooth pairing or 2.4GHz pairing.
Bluetooth connection
- Switch to Bluetooth mode, and then press and hold the left-click button, wheel and right-click button simultaneously for 3s. Blue LED blinks rapidly Bluetooth pairing.
- Select “HECATE G3M PRO” in your device setting to connect.
Note : In case of artificial or accidental disconnection in Bluetooth mode, please and hold the left-click button, scroll wheel and right-click button simultaneously 3s to enter pairing state and reconnect.
2.4GHz connection
- Open the receiver cover at the bottom of the mouse to take out the receiver and insert it into a computer etc.
- In 2.4GHz mode, the mouse will automatically connect.
