Know about the sensor
Quick Installation Guide
Note:
The Smart Life app should be installed and registered an account first(Smart
Life can be searched in APP Store or Google Play). Then make sure the Gateway
is added and online before the next.
Power on the sensor with the below step
- Open the battery cover
- Insert the battery into the battery compartment(please note battery positive and negative.
Make the device enter pairing mode Press and hold the button for 5 seconds until the LED blinks.
Device pairing
Open the “Smart Life” app, Enter the gateway homepage and click “Search new device11 or “Add Devices” and follow the in-app instructions to connect the device to your gateway.
Waiting for a few seconds, This device is added successfully and you may rename it. Click “Done to finish the setting.
Device installation
Close the battery cover and put it where you need it. Please note that the side with the probe point must be in contact with the ground.
How to use
When the water leakage appears, this device should trigger a sound alarm for 30 seconds at an interval of one minute and the Smart Life app should receive the water leakage alarm at the same time. To disable the alarm, you must remove the sensor from the area of water leakage.
