Tools and Materials Required

Safety Precautions

Turn off electrical power before starting the installation of the light fixture. Do not remove insulation from the fixture.
Use wiring supplies as required by the local electrical code.

Electrical Installation

Attach the nipple to the mounting bracket. Adjust it to clear the hole in the back of the fixture and lock it in place with a hexnut.
Connect the electrical wires from the house wiring into the correct inserts.
Connect the electrical wires from the fixture to the correct inserts.
Tuck wires and wire nuts carefully into the electrical box, ensuring no bare wire is visible.
Secure the pan to the nipple using a star washer and hex nut. Screw the finial to the nipple.
Install the appropriate bulb type and wattage (bulb not included).

CAUTION – RISK OF FIRE. CONSULT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN TO ENSURE THE CORRECT BRANCH CIRCUIT CONDUCTOR.
TO CLEAN THE FIXTURE, TURN OFF THE POWER, WAIT FOR IT TO COOL, AND WIPE THE FIXTURE WITH A CLEAN, SOFT CLOTH

Attach the nipple to the mounting bracket. Adjustso it will clear the hole in back of the fixture and then lock the nipple in place with hexnut. Attach the mounting bracket to the electrical box with electrical box screws (not included).
Option 1 : Connect (push) electrical wires from the electric box (house wiring) into the correct inserts.
Option 2 : For multiple green (ground), black (live), and white (neutral) wires joined in the electrical box (house wiring), attach a single “green”, “black” and “white” jumper wire before connecting. Strip 7mm from a 6 in. jumper wires supplied. Then connect (push) wires into the correct inserts .
Connect (push) electrical wires from the fixture into the correct inserts.
Once connections of wires are completed, carefully tuck wires and wire nuts into the electrical box making sure no bare wire (on the black and white) is visible at the wire nuts.
Secure the pan to the nipple tightening by starwasher and hex nut. Screw the finial to the nipple.
Install proper bulb type and wattage (not included).

Q: What should I do if I encounter bare wires during installation?
- A: Ensure that all wires are properly insulated and no bare wires are exposed. Retuck wires and wire nuts into the electrical box securely.
Q: Can I use a bulb with higher wattage than recommended?
- A: It is not recommended to use a bulb with a wattage higher than what is specified for safety reasons. Always follow the recommended wattage for the fixture.
