Download the MOBI® Smart App
- Ensure you have access to your email to verify your MOBI® Smart account.
- Have your 2.4 GHz or 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi Network name & password ready.
- Turn ON Location access for MOBI® Smart.
Using the Correct Wi-Fi Network
- Ensure that you use the same network within your phone’s Wi-Fi settings and the Mobi® Smart app. (Use the same SSID & Password)
MobiCam® PRO Setup
- Connect your phone to your home’s Wi-Fi network.
- Download/Sign up/Login to the MOBI® Smart App.
- On the homepage, tap “Add Device.”
- Select the MobiCam® PRO (Wi-Fi).
- Follow the instructions on the app to connect to the MobiCam® PRO. When prompted, enter the same Wi-Fi network as in Step 1.
- Once connected, edit the device name and/or tap “Done” to finalize the setup.

Common Troubleshooting
- Check Your Wi-Fi:
- Ensure that your phone is connected to your Wi-Fi. During the product setup within the MOBI® Smart App make sure that you use the same Wi-Fi name and password as your phone is connected to.
- QR Code Not Scanning
- Ensure the brightness on your phone is raised and that the phone screen does not have scratches or cracks. Place the QR Code ~6 inches away from the MobiCam® and move the device back and forth slowly.
- Reset MobiCam® PRO
- To ensure you are starting from a clean slate, RESET your MobiCam® by pressing and holding the reset button for 10 seconds.

- Signal Strength – We recommend internet connection speeds of Upload: 20Mbps and
- Download: 10 Mbps.

- To obtain warranty service, you must return the product complete with its original parts & accessories and a copy of the original purchase, gift, or registry to us.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by tampering, accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, or connection to an improper power supply.
- There will be a charge for repair caused by such damage. This warranty excludes all incidental or consequential damages and any liability other than those stated above.
