Download the MOBI® Smart App

• Ensure you have access to your email to verify your MOBI® Smart account.
• Have your 2.4 GHz or 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi Network name & password ready.
• Turn ON Location access for MOBI® Smart.

Using the Correct Wi-Fi Network

• Ensure that you use the same network within your phone’s Wi-Fi settings and the Mobi® Smart app. (Use the same SSID & Password)

MobiCam® PRO Setup

1. Connect your phone to your home’s Wi-Fi network.
2. Download/Sign up/Login to the MOBI® Smart App.
3. On the homepage, tap “Add Device.”
4. Select the MobiCam® PRO (Wi-Fi).
5. Follow the instructions on the app to connect to the MobiCam® PRO. When prompted, enter the same Wi-Fi network as in Step 1.
6. Once connected, edit the device name and/or tap “Done” to finalize the setup.

Common Troubleshooting

• Check Your Wi-Fi:
  • Ensure that your phone is connected to your Wi-Fi. During the product setup within the MOBI® Smart App make sure that you use the same Wi-Fi name and password as your phone is connected to.
• QR Code Not Scanning
  • Ensure the brightness on your phone is raised and that the phone screen does not have scratches or cracks. Place the QR Code ~6 inches away from the MobiCam® and move the device back and forth slowly.
• Reset MobiCam® PRO
  • To ensure you are starting from a clean slate, RESET your MobiCam® by pressing and holding the reset button for 10 seconds.
  • See page 3 to find the reset button.
