Concealed Thermostatic Shower System Installation Manual

Conditions of Use.

1. Cold water hot water pressure: The minimum pressure is 0.05 MPa (flow pressure): the maximus pressure is 0.75 MPa (static pressure).

Precautions and Maintenance

1. In order to ensure the durability of the product, please be as gentle and slow as possible during operation.
2. Clean the filter regularly.
3. When the shower is used for a long time and water is fmind to flow out intermittently, there must be debris blocking the vater outlet. At this time, you only need to gently pull the soft rubber ring at the  water outlet of the shower, then the debris vill be automatically rushed out.
4. If any dirt, clean with soft liquid or transparent glass detergent, then rinse it with soft water, finally gently wipe it with u dry soft cloth.
5. Do not use any scrubbing detergent, polisher, sand cloth, paper tissue or scraper.
6. Du not use acid detergent, insoluble & grain-like detergent or anар.
7. If you will not use the shower for a long time, please close the main water inlet valve in your home.
8. When the ambient temperature is under 0 C/32 F. please take necessary measures to keep the water equipment varn.

1. For commercial purchasers, the warranty period is two (2) years for NPYSVSSS products from the date of purchase. For homeowner purchasers, five (5) years (the LED device warranty period is one  year) from the date of purchase;
2. This warranty is non-transferable.
   This warranty does not cover NPYSVSSS products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Installation Steps

Installation Steps of Valve Body(unit:mm)

1. The minimum depth of the embedded box into the wall is 62mm, the maximum is 70mm, the embedded depth adjustment value is 5mm, and the recommended embedded depth is 67mm including the thickness of the tile).

2. According to the embedded depth, dig the embedded groove in the wall; drill 4 fixed holes in the excavated wall, and install the expansion screw to the wall.
   

3. Connect the hose to the control valve and tighten it with a wrench: flush the pipe to ensure that there is no debris such as sand and gravel inside.
   

4. First fix the embedded box and connecting pipe in the wall with expansion screws to confirm that the installation is firm; block the outlet with a plug, open the water source, check the tightness and pressure of each place, and confirm that there is no leakage.
   

5. Fill the pipeline and the concealed valve body with cement filler, use a screwdriver to remove the cover of the embedded box after attaching the tiles, and remove the handwheel with a hexagonal screw.
   

6. Take the panel out and put it on the concealed body from which the handwheel has been taken out, close it tightly to the wall, and install the handwheel and 3 cylindrical joints taken out.
   

Installation Steps of Body Jets

1. Attach the cover plate to body jets.
   

2. Apply Teflon tape to threaded tail of the hody jets.
   

3. Use a wrench to screw the jet heads clockwise into the body spray outlets.
   

Installation Steps of Hand Shower

1. Prapsnoply elbow thread with Teflon tape and ottach cover plate to it.

2. Screw the shower holder clockwise onto the and shower outlet.

3. Place rubber washers in both ends of the hose. Connect the shower hose to the supply elbow and shower head. Note the ends of shower hose to be connected correctly.
