HAKO D4-H2 Android TV
Safety Instructions
Presence of live parts inside the device! Do not open. Risk of electric shock!
No parts should be repaired by users.
Place the device on a flat, firm and stable surface. Do not put it on a carpet or rug.
Place the device in a well-ventilated location to prevent the accumulation of internal heat.
Protect the device from high temperatures, humidity, water and dust.
Do not place any objects near your device that may damage it (e.g. liquid- filled objects or candles).
Do not mix old and new batteries and Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon- zinc) or rechargeable (ni- cab, ni-mh, etc.) batteries.

Remote Control
System Connection
Please refer to below pictures and instructions to connect Dongle.
Note: Please turn off all equipment before Connecting.
Step1 Connection with TV Connect HDMI cable to HDMI port of the Dongle
and TV set.
Step2 Connection with Power Choose one of the following ways to power the
4K Dongle:

Use the Power bank Base
- Magnetic attraction function connects the Power lnput (customized POGO PIN interface) to the Power bank Base(included).
- Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds, the indicator light of the Power bank Base will be on, and it will start supply power to external devices.
Tips: You can use the USB Type-C power cord to charge the
Power bank Base through its Power Input port. When charging, the indicator light flashes; when the battery is full, the indicator light stays on.

Use the USB Type-C power cord
- Connect the USB Type-C power cord between the Dongle and the power adapter(not included). Plug the power adapter into an A/C power outlet.
After power is on, it can start automatically.
- Connect the USB Type-C power cord between the Dongle and the power adapter(not included). Plug the power adapter into an A/C power outlet.
Step 3 Connection with Network
Enter “Settings”→” Network” to turn on Wi-Fi and connect an available Wi-Fi
network with correct password.
Step4 Set up your device
Follow the on-screen to set up your device.
Onscreen Setup Guide
Step1 Power on the 4K Dongle
Step2 Pair the Remote Control to the 4K Dongle

To pair the Bluetooth remote, press and hold the HOME and BACK keys together for about 1 0 seconds until you see the LED blinking on the remote.

Once the Bluetooth remote is paired, a “Connected Successfully” message appears on the screen.
Step 3 Choose your language
Step 4 Set the Wi-Fi Connection

Quick Setup” allows you to set up the Wi-Fi connection on the 4K Dongle with an Android phone or tablet. If you prefer to set up manually, select “Skip”.

Select your Wi-Fi network.

Enter the password for your Wi-Fi network and select ” ✓” to continue.
Step 5 Login in your Google Account

Press “Sign In” to sign in to your Google account.

Press “Next” after entering your Google Account email address.

Enter the password for your Google Account, and then press “Next” button.
Troubleshooting
-
No display after power on?
Confirm your device connected to the TV well and set the correct
HDMI Input from your TV configuration. -
TV has images but no sound?
Make sure your TV is not in mute or low volume. -
Fail to connect to network?
Make sure your Wi-Fi is functional and your Dongle has a strong enough signal from your router. -
Remote Control Failure?
Replace your Remote Control batteries with new ones, then re-paired it by pressing the pinhole on the side of the device for more than 1 seconds. -
