Product Usage Instructions
Positioning and Tack Welding:
Position the new weld-in plate in place and tack weld it to the desired location.
Full Welding and Finishing:
Fully weld the plate in place and grind smoothly to finish off with nice edges.
Painting and Reinstallation:
Mask off the rocker panel areas and paint with underbody coating or rhino liner paint. Once dry, reinstall the fender liner back inplace. Trim the lower portion of the fender liner for flexibility to attach into the new position.
Final Installation:
Using the original hole where the liner was mounted, install the self-tapping screws provided to remount the new liner in place. Repeat on the opposite side for a complete installation.

Note:
If you have a turbo model or other models with rear heating controls. the area behind the fender liner may not look like the photos below. You will have metal / rubber water pipes behind the fender liner that will need to be rerouted to clear larger tires.
Remove the fender liner to access the area for cutting the rocker panel.
Measure back about 1.25 inch to gain clearance for up to 35″ of tire diameter.
We find it’s the best to use a Sawzaw to cut a clean line to remove the
material needed. We insert the saw in this opening here and cut it downwards.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Now position the new weld-in plate in place and tack weld it to the desired
place. 
Fully weld the plate in place. Grind smoothly to finish off with nice edges
Now mask off the rocker panel areas and paint with underbody coating / rhino
liner paint.
Once dry, install the fender liner back in place. You can see in the photo
below where we trim the lower portion of the fender liner to make the liner
more flexible to attach into the new position.
Using the original hole where the liner was mounted install the self-tapping
screw provided to remount the new liner in place!
Repeat on the opposite side and Happy Wheeling!
