- USB 3.0 Type-A Port: Connect to USB-A peripherals, data transfer rate up to 5Gbps.
- USB 3.0 Type-C Port: Connect to USB-C peripherals, data transfer rate up to 5Gbps.
- USB Type-C Charging Port : Support only power input, up to 100W power delivery.
- HDMI 2.0 Port: Connect to an external display, up to 4K@60Hz/1440P@144Hz/1080P@240Hz.
- Supported Function: HDR, HDCP 2.2, Dolby Atoms.
Notes
- To output video to an HDMI display, please connect the hub to devices that have a video-enabled USB-C port such as Thunderbolt 3 or 4, USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C and above.
- To achieve the maximum resolution and refresh rate, please use a high-quality HDMI 2.0 cable or above. (Not included in the package)
- The USB Type-C charging port is used only for charging, and the charge power depends on your charge adapter and connected device.
- If you connect or disconnect the hub to an external power when in use, the data transfer and video output process will be interrupted and the video output will resume after a few seconds.

What can I do if there is no video signal?

Make sure your USB-C device supports video output via its USB-C port.

Make sure all connections are tightened.

Switch to the correct HDMI channel manually.

Try on another USB-C device and HDMI cables.

Why doesn’t reach the maximum resolution?
- Make sure your USB-C device and HDMI display support the resolution and refresh rate you want.
- Make sure to use the hub with a high-quality HDMI 2.0 cable or above.
- Adjust to your desired resolution and refresh rate manually in the operating system.
How do the USB-C ports work on the hub?
- The USB 3.0 Type-C port supports only data transfer with USB-compatible devices.
- The USB Type-C charging port supports only power input of up to 100W power delivery.
Can the USB 3.0 ports charge my phone?
The three USB 3.0 ports are not designed to output power to other devices.
Why doesn’t the hub charge my laptop?
Please note that some USB-C ports on laptops only support data transfer and
cannot work as charging ports.
What is the warranty of the hub?
This hub comes with a lifetime unlimited warranty.
Does this require any driver to use?
No, this hub is plug-and-play.
