Use Your Premium Adapter
Specification
- Source Interface: USB Type-C Male
- Display Interface: HDMI 2.0 Female
- Resolution Support: 4K@60Hz / 1440P@144Hz / 1080P@240Hz and backward (HDMI 2.0 port or above is needed to reach maximum resolution and refresh rate)
Troubleshoot Your Connection
- Make sure your USB-C source device supports video output over USB-C port.
- Connect your source device directly to your display device. (‘Not via a dock/hub/kvm)
- Switch to the correct HDMI channel manually.
- Try another USB-C/HDMI port on your devices.
- Try with another HDMI cable to rule out potential HDMI cable problems.
- If available, try on another source/display device.
- If it works, there is an issue with your original device.
- Update the following firmware on your USB-C source device:
- Operation system on phone
- Graphics driver/BIOS/UEFI on computer
- Reboot your devices and reconnect the cable again.
Notice
- Only work with USB-C devices that support video output over USB-C port.
- Only support one-way video transmission:
- USB-C source device ➔ HDMI display device
- Apple M1 devices released in 2020 and M2 MacBook Air only supports one external display.
- Apple M1 Mac mini supports two external displays, but needs to connect one display via USB-C port and the other one via HDMI port.
- Cannot use for charging or file transfer.
FAQs
Fix Resolution or Refresh Rate
- Make sure your source device and display device support the resolution and refresh rate you want.
- To reach 4K@60Hz/1440P@144Hz/1080P@240Hz, make sure to plug the HDMI 2.0 or above cable into the HDMI 2.0 or above port .
- Adjust the resolution/refresh rate in the Display setting.
- In the Control Panel window➔ System➔ Display-+ Click the Resolution drop-down box -+ Select the resolution you want -+ Apply
- In the Display window -+ Advanced display settings -+ select the rate you want -+ Apply
Intermittent Signals or Stop Working
- Clean the cable/device interfaces with an insulated pad.
- Dust accumulation may lead to poor connection.
- Make sure all connections are tightened.
- Contact WARRKY for a technical help or warranty claim.
Not Working with Dock
- Make sure your dock is working properly and supports video output over USB-C port.
- Make sure your computer supports video output over USB-C.
No Audio
In the Control Panel window ➔ Sound ➔ Select the output device you want ➔ Apply
