Features

Connection & Operation
- a. Connect source devices to the female end of the HDMI switch via Source1/Source2/Source3 ports and connect the male end of the HDMI switch to the display.
- b. For a more stable power supply, especially for Apple products, and for long-distance transmission, please connect the HDMI switch to external USB power with the USB cable in the package.
- c. Turn on the devices and press the button to manually switch to the desired input. When an input is selected, the corresponding LED indicator lights up.
- d. For achieving 4K@60Hz, the HDMI cable should be shorter than 10ft(3m) with the wire gauge 30/28/26 AWG required. Meanwhile, the input and output devices, and the HDMI cables must all support the desired resolution.
FAQ
What if I’d like to connect 1 source device to 3 displays
- a. This HDMI switch cannot make it since it can only convert signals from 3 source devices to 1 display.
- b. If you want an HDMI splitter that works for 1 source and 2 displays, you may reach out to us for more shopping or replacement suggestions.
Not working or malfunctions like flicker/ black screen/cut-off
- a. Uni-directional. Only for 1 display and up to 3 source devices. Cannot work between 1 source device and 3 displays.
- b. Loose connections can cause various problems. Clean the dust on the video ports with a dry pad and make sure all connections are tight.
- c. Plug the USB power cable into the HDMI switch for sufficient power supply and stable signal transmission.
- d. Some displays with multiple HDMI ports do not detect and switch to the correct input automatically, please manually adjust it.
- e. Make sure the HDMI cables meet the ‘HDMI Cable Requirements’
- f. Try with other HDMI cables. HDMI 2.0 and above is recommended.
The max resolution that this HDMI switch supports
It supports 3 8 40 x 2160(4K) at 60 Hz and is backward compatible with 2560 x 1440(2K) at 144 Hz, 1920 x 1080(1080p) at 240 Hz.
Does it support eARC and ARC
No, it does not support eARC and ARC, only allows switching via manual switch
by pressing the switch button.
HDCPerror
- a. For displaying HDCP content, the relevant devices, including the source devices and the display must all support HDCP.
- b. Update your browser to the latest version or use another browser.
Note: Apple Safari is prone to HDCP problems

No auto switch function
This HDMI switch does not feature auto switch function. Please manually switch
between host devices by pressing the switch button and you will see the
corresponding LED indicator lights up.
Extra power for Apple products
Apple products usually need more power and thus the connection of the USB to
USB C power cable to the HDMI switch is a must.
