Troubleshoot Your Connection

1. Make sure your USB-C source device supports video output over USB-C port.
2. Connect your source device directly to your monitor device. (Not via a dock/hub/kvm)
3. Switch to the correct DisplayPort channel manually.
4. Try another USB-C/DisplayPort port on your devices.
5. 1f available, try on another source/monitor device. If it works, there is an issue with your original device.
6. Update the following firmware on your USB-C source device:
   • Operation system on phone
   • Graphics driver/BIOS/UEFI on computer
7.  Reboot your devices and reconnect the cable again

Notice

1. Only work with USB-C devices that support video output over USB-C port.
2. Only support one-way video transmission: – USB-C source device -+ DisplayPort monitor device
3. Apple M1 devices released in 2020 and M2 MacBook Air only supports one external monitor.
4. Apple M1 Mac mini supports two external monitors, but needs to connect one monitor via USB-C port and the other one via HDMI port.
5. Cannot use for charging or file transfer.

Fix Resolution or Refresh Rate

. Make sure your source device and monitor device support the resolution and refresh rate you want. b.To reach the maximur resolution and refresn rate, please be sure your USB-C port supports DP1.4 output (e.g. USBA, ‘Thunderbolt 3/4) and your monitor equips a DP1.4 port < Adjust the resolution/refresn rate in the Display setting. - In the Control Panel window ~ System - Display - Click the Resolution drop-down box - Select the resolution you want Apply ~In the Display window ~ Advanced display settings - select the rate you want - Apply.

Intermittent Signals or Stop Working
