  • It is recommended to fully charge the battery before first use.
  • Connect the Jack plug of the cable to the special socket of the charging base supplied and the USB plug to the relative USB socket of the power supply (5V-2A USB characteristics – not supplied). Connect the plug to the electrical socket.
  • The Class III lamp must be powered by a SELV or equivalent source (e.g. compliant with 62368-1 – type ES1).
  • Hold firmly the lamp and place it on the charging base. During charging, the green LED B lights up and turns off when it is completed.
  • The battery recharges in approximately 7 hours, obtaining an optimal charge level. If during charging, the green LED B flashes, it means that there are problems, such as the temperature falling below 0°C or rising above 45°C (charging stops automatically, and when the atmospheric conditions are restored, the LED turns on again automatically stable manner) or the battery is damaged. In this last case, remove the lighting body from the charge and proceed with the request for assistance.
  • Battery life on a full charge is approximately 10 hours with only the lighting at maximum intensity, approximately 8 hours with only music at maximum volume and approximately 6 hours with lighting and music at maximum intensity and volume.
  • B led lit solid red indicates that the battery needs to be recharged.

LAMP OPERATION

  • The lamp turns on and off with a simple touch of the touch button A.
  • By holding down the touch button A you obtain the dimming effect, which increases or decreases the light intensity (continuously between 100% and 5%). The lamp has a “memory” effect, so the next time you turn it on you will have the same light intensity as the previous one.

BLUETOOTH® CONNECTION AND OPERATION

Press and hold the touch button D for about 3 seconds. A startup sound will be heard and the blue LED C will start flashing to indicate that the Bluetooth® connection is active. Activate the Bluetooth® connection on the device you are using (mobile phone, tablet, PC, …) and search for “AMBIENCE” in the list of connectable devices. Make the connection between the device and the lamp, you will hear a confirmation sound and the blue LED C becomes steady. Now the lamp can play music from the device used. Use the music source device to adjust the volume.
You can connect multiple Ambience lamps together to augment and improve the audio experience. Once the first lamp has been connected to the music source device, repeat the operation of turning on the Bluetooth® connection with the other lamps you wish to connect and these connect automatically (in this case the blue LED C flashes, to indicate that they are secondary lamps, connected to other lamps and not to the source).
The lamps can also be placed at a maximum distance of about 40 meters (with fully charged battery) if there are no obstacles between them, otherwise it is recommended to limit the distance to about 10 meters.
To disconnect the Ambience lamp, just hold down the touch button D for about 3 seconds or press it 2 times (the blue LED C turns off and the Bluetooth® connection is deactivated).
The lamp’s Bluetooth® connection automatically disconnects after approximately 5 minutes if the lamp itself is not connected to any source.

The battery is inserted directly inside the lighting body. IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN to open and replace the lithium battery, in order to avoid malfunctioning of the electronic circuit and damaging it.
