Micro SD Card Installation
Ensure the camera is powered off and tilt the lens downwards to access the memory card slot, then insert the card with the contacts facing upwards. Note: To avoid damaging the micro SD card, first power off the camera when installing or removing the card. Use a regular manufacturer’s memory card that supports the Fat32 format, ensure the card format is Fat32 before using it. It is recommended to use a card with a reading or writing speed of at least U1 or Class10.
Powering On the Device
Connect the power cord to the Type-C port located at the back of the camera, and the camera will start. The slow blinking light indicates that the device is not connected to the network; rapid blinking indicates an incoming call; a solid light indicates that the device is connected to the network. Note: The camera will perform an automatic check that will take about 30s during startup, do not try to manually adjust the dome at this time.

Application Installation
Scan the QR codes below to download the ‘Zosi Smart’ application for your phone. You can also search for and download it in the App Store or Google Store.

Adding a Device
- Open the ‘Zosi Smart’ app and follow the instructions to sign up and log in.
- Click the ‘+’ to add a device and follow the instructions to configure and add the device to the network.
Installation Notes
- Confirm that the camera has been added to the application before installation.
- The camera can be mounted flat, on the ceiling, or on the wall; it is recommended to place it in a location with a wide viewing angle.
- Drill holes in the wall according to the mounting hole template and insert plastic anchors.
- Insert the mounting screws and fix the bracket in place.
- Attach the camera to the bracket and tighten it after adjusting the camera’s angle.
Installation and Usage Precautions
- Use the provided power adapter to power the camera. Using a different power adapter or one that does not comply with the instructions may damage the camera.
- The camera should not be installed outdoors, for example in the rain, above water tanks, or in covered pools.
- Installation indoors should be away from humid or high-temperature environments.
- Avoid direct sunlight for long periods during product use.
- Install and use this product in accordance with national and regional electrical safety regulations.
- To improve user experience, the app will be updated from time to time, operations may be slightly different, please follow the app’s instructions.
Wall or Ceiling Installation
- Drill holes in the wall and insert rubber plugs according to the position stickers.
- Tighten the screws to fix the mounting bracket in place.
- Attach the camera and align it with the bracket, then turn the camera clockwise to lock it in place. Note: To remove the camera from the bracket, turn it counterclockwise.
AVSS
Download and install the AVSS software and follow the instructions to complete the installation. Official download link: https://www.zositech.com/app/ Double-click the AVSS icon, choose the language and click on ‘Log in’. Note: It is recommended to log in with the Zosi Smart App account to avoid multiple user accounts. Scan the QR code below to watch the operation video.

Q: Why is the device offline?
**A:** Please check if the device is connected to the network, if the router is functioning normally, and if the IP address is automatically obtained.Q: Why can’t video files be found?
**A:** Please check if the SD card is damaged, if the search date for the files is valid, and if the device’s system time is correct.Q: Does the camera support motion detection and image capture?
