Keep children and pets away from the equipment when it is in use. 5. It is recommended that you place this exercise equipment on an equipment mat. 6. Set up and operate the equipment on a solid level surface. Do not position the equipment on loose rugs or uneven surfaces. 7. Inspect the equipment for worn or loose components prior to use. 8. Tighten/replace any loose or worn components prior to using the equipment. 9. Consult a physician prior to commencing an exercise program. 5. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. Read each step carefully before beginning.

STEP 1 ­ Leveler & Stabilizer Assembly a. Attach 4pcs Levelers (85) to the Front Stabilizer (82) and the Rear
Stabilizer (86). b. Be sure to tighten the Levelers (85) securely against the Stabilizers (82,
86) until screw lines are eliminated as the drawing 1 shown on the top right corner. c. In order to assemble the Stabilizer (82, 86) smoothly, it is suggested to place one Styrofoam (or any stationary object) under one side of the Main Frame (1).
d. Attach the Front Stabilizer (82) onto the Main Frame (1) and secure with 2pcs Washers (8x38x2.0t)(99), 2pcs Lock Washers (M8)(97) and 2pcs Bolts (M8Xp1.25x60mm)(139).
e. Attach the Rear Stabilizer (86) onto the Main Frame (1) and secure with 2pcs Washers (8x38x2.0t)(99), 2pcs Lock Washers (M8)(97) and 2pcs Bolts (M8Xp1.25x60mm)(139). NOTE: If the item is not level, review the LEVELING NOTE on the right side to level the Levelers (85).

LEVELING: After placing the equipment in the intended location for use, check the stability of the equipment. If the equipment is not level, reviewing the following direction:
-Loosen the Leveler (85) to make the Adjustment Plate become less tight. -Adjust the Leveler (85) for leveling. -Tighten the Adjustment Plate securely against the Stabilizer to lock the Leveler (85) in stable position as the drawing 2 shown.

STEP 2 ­ Seat & Adjustment Bar Assembly NOTE: a. For shipping purpose, 2pcs Bolts (M6xp1.0x10mm)(128) are pre-secured on the
Seat Lower Case (66). b. For shipping purpose, 4pcs Lock Washer (M8)(97) and 4pcs Thin Nylon Nut
(M8xp1.25)(110) are pre-attached to the back of the Seat (65). c. Remove 2pcs Bolts (M6xp1.0x10mm)(128) from the Seat Lower Case (66). d. Remove 4pcs Lock Washer (M8)(97) and 4pcs Thin Nylon Nut (M8xp1.25)(110) from
the back of the Seat (65). e. Attach the Seat (65) to the Seat Post (67) and secure with 4pcs Lock Washer (M8)(97)
and 4pcs Thin Nylon Nut (M8xp1.25)(110). f. Attach the Seat Lower Case (66) to the Seat (65) and secure with 2pcs Bolts
(M6xp1.0x10mm)(128).
STEP 3 ­ Seat Adjustment Bar Assembly Attach the Adjustment Bar (74) to the Seat Adjustment Lever (71) to the proper desired position. To fully secure the Adjustment Bar (74) by rotating the Nut (M8)(106) in counterclockwise direction until completely. NOTE: For clear assembly purpose, please notice that the Nuts (M8)(106) has been pre-assembled on the Seat Adjustment Lever (71) as the figure shows on the right.

STEP 4 ­ Connection Wire Assembly Plug the Connection Wire C (89) into the Connection Wire B (88). Be careful not to pinch the wires. STEP 5 ­ Upright Post Assembly a. Refer to the drawing on the right, insert the Upright Post (56) into the Main
Frame (1) and make sure the upright post’s welded bolts go into the screw hole of the front bracket located in front of the main frame. And slightly attach 2pcs Nylon Nuts (M10xp1.5)(112). Note: please do not fully secure 2pcs Nylon Nuts (M10xp1.5)(112) first for letting the Upright Post to assemble properly. b. First fully secure with 2pcs Bolts (M10xp1.5x20mm)(142) at the front of the Upright Post (56). Then go back to fully tighten with 2pcs Nylon Nuts (M10xp1.5)(112).
STEP 6 ­ Upright Post Sleeve Assembly Attach the Left Upright Post Sleeve (63) and the Right Upright Post Sleeve (64) to the Upright Post (56) and secure with 4pcs Bolts (M5xp0.8x15mm)(126).

STEP 8 ­ Upper Handlebar Assembly Insert the Handlebar (48) into the Upright Post (56) and secure with 6pcs Hex Flange Bolts (M8xp1.25x16mm)(141). NOTE: Be careful not to pinch the wires.
STEP 9 ­ Tube Cover Assembly Slide the Rear Tube Cover (62) onto the Console Tube (158).

STEP 10 ­ Wire, Console Tube Assembly
a. In order to avoid bolt (141) pinch the wires, gently slide the First Connection Wire (88) and First Pulse Sensor Wire (87) inside two sides of the Console Tube (158) as the drawing shown below.

b. Then slide the Console Tube (158) onto the Handlebar (48). NOTE: Be careful not to pinch the wires.
c.Make sure the Console Tube (158) is in the center of the

Handlebar and then fully tighten 2pcs Hex Head Flange Bolts (M8xp1.25x16mm)(141) as shown below. NOTE: Be careful not to pinch the wires.
STEP 11 ­ Tube Cover Assembly Attach the Front & Rear Tube Cover (61, 62) and fully tighten 2pcs Self-Tapping Screw, Flat Head (M4x20mm)(118), 1pcs Screw, Round Head (M5xp0.8x15mm)(126).
STEP 12 ­ Tighten Bolt & Nut Cap Assembly
a.Follow the drawing line, continue fully tighten
1pcs Hex Flange Bolt (M8xp1.25x16mm)(141) to the bottom of the Console Tube (158).
b.Then press the Nut Cap (160) onto.

STEP 13 ­ Console Assembly a. Connect the Console Connection Wire (46a)
to the First Connection Wire (88). NOTE: Be careful not to pinch the wires. b. Connect the Console Pulse Sensor Wire (46b) to the First Pulse Sensor Wire (87). NOTE: Be careful not to pinch the wires.
c. For Ethernet connection if necessary, connect Ethernet cable (46c, d) as the right drawing shown. NOTE: Be careful not to pinch the wires.
d. Attach the Console (46) to the Console Tube (158) and fully tighten with 4pcs Round Screws (M6xp1.0x15mm)(152).

STEP 15 ­ Hand Wrist Pad Assembly Attach the Hand Wrist Pad (49) to the Stationary Handlebar (48) and secure with 2pcs Washers (6x13x1.0t)(153), 2pcs Lock Washers (M6)(96), 2pcs Socket Bolts (M6xp1.0x12mm)(154).
STEP 16 ­ Accessory Tray & Pedal Assembly NOTE: For shipping purpose, 2pcs Bolts (M5xp0.8x25mm)(127) are attached on the Upright Post (56). a. Remove 2pcs Bolts
(M5xp0.8x25mm)(127) from the Upright Post (56). b. Place the Accessory Tray (60) on the Upright Post (56) and fully secure with 2pcs Bolts (M5xp0.8x25mm)(127). c. Thread the Right Pedal (45) clockwise onto the Right Crank located inside the Right Crank Cover (43) as shown. Tighten the pedal securely. Repeat the same procedure to thread and tighten the Left Pedal (44) counter-clockwise onto the Left Crank as shown.
STEP 17 ­ Adaptor Usage a. Connect the Adaptor (12V 3A) & Power Cord to the connector located on the front of the
Main Frame (1). b. Plug the Adaptor (12V 3A) & Power Cord into an electrical outlet to light up the console.
NOTE: Long-Term Storage: When the item is not in use for any length of time, ensure that the power adapter is unplugged from the electrical outlet for safety precaution. NOTE: For the final step, make sure all the bolts and nuts are fully tightened before using the item. Check whether the levelers are even on the floor (if the levelers are not even will produce noise), if not, review the LEVELING NOTE.

6. OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS” SEAT POST ADJUSTMENT

7.5 PHYSICAL TEST: different programs to measure the physical condition of the athlete. There are two different tests for the machine. For safety reasons it will be mandatory to provide the heart rate from the handlebars or from a heart belt.
– VO2 MAX TEST: Maintain between 65 and 75 revolutions per minute while the resistance will gradually increase. The longer you can hold out, the higher the score. For safety, heart rate must be measured at all times.

7.6 HRC: Different programs that take the maximum heart rate as a reference. Once the program has been selected, a screen appears on which you can customize the training parameters. In all of them, the speed is progressively adapted to reach the target heart rate.

7.9 ADMINISTRATION-MODE To access to the administration mode, you have to press the central part of the SALTER logo for 3 seconds and it will ask for an administrator password: “5598”. There you will be able to configure the WiFi, see the software version of the machine and get information (log) to share with the technicians in case something is not working properly.

8. CONDITIONING GUIDELINES
How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must slowly and increase your time on the item gradually: a few minutes per workout. Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next six to eight weeks. Don’t be discouraged if it takes longer. It’s important to work at your own pace. Ultimately, you’ll be able to exercise continuously for 30 minutes. The better your aerobic fitness, the harder you will have to work to stay in your target zone. Please remember these essentials: Have your doctor review your training and diet programs to advise you of a workout routine you should adopt. Begin your training program slowly with realistic goals that have been set by you and your doctor. Monitor your pulse frequently. Establish your target heart rate base on your age and condition. Set up your item a flat, even surface at least 3 feet from walls and furniture.

During the first few months of your exercise program, keep your heart rate near the low end of your target zone as you exercise. After a few months, your heart rate can be increased gradually until it is near the middle of your target zone as you exercise.

To measure your heart rate manually, stop exercising but continue moving your legs or walking around and place two fingers on your wrist. Take a six-second heartbeat count and multiply the results by 10 to find your heart rate. For example, if your six-second heartbeat count is 14, your heart rate is 140 beats per minute. (A six-second count is used because your heart rate will drop rapidly when you stop exercising.) Adjust the intensity of your exercise until your heart rate is at the proper level.

Warm-up The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body for exercise and to minimize injuries. Warm up for two to five minutes before strength-training or aerobic exercising. Perform activities that raise your heart rate and warm the working muscles. Activities may include brisk walking, jogging, jumping jacks, jump rope, and running in place.

9. MAINTENANCE
